Clear 4 Hatted Suspects: Complete explorations to release 4,Hatted Suspects  and clear them.  Requires 4 Pepper Sprays
Clear 2 Bald Suspects: Complete explorations to release 2 Bald Suspects  and tap them to clear them.

Complete A Mr Green Interrogation: Fully defeat him once
