We’ve had lots of Quahog cancellation fears in years gone by, so now it’s time for the Griffins to prepare for the future with some new auditions as Pilot Season comes to Quahog.

***Can I remind readers that I use the clams kindly provided to me by TinyCo to pull event information for you, but I do this in a way that allows me to not only be ahead of the average player but still actually play the game a little. If you’ve got the beta testing fast forward feature in your games and are rushing through the week’s content in hours then I’m sorry but I won’t be spending up my play to match yours, so you may find your ahead of my information at times***

NOTICEABLE CHANGES

For some there’s a fast forward feature to speed up tasks, to do this you’ll watch videos. I can’t give any more information as I don’t have this in my game to test, but it’s Beta so only few players have it, whether more will get it, well we’ll need wait and see.

GLITCHES & ISSUES

The duplicate and triplicate characters glitch continues. I know I keep saying this but believe me TinyCo are working to try get this sorted, it’s just not a simple fix. I know some of you are getting frustrated but they have to fix each game manually hence time is taking, I can assure you TinyCo hasn’t forgot about you.

Reappearing Questlines – either redo them or request TinyCo remove them, they don’t impact playing thankfully.

Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game, still awaiting confirmation.

There are 2 items in the usual event area to start and these are as follows:

Clearimg icebergs MINI-GAME

With the new event we are seeing the return of an old style mini-game.

In order to be able to participate you’ll need to collect an Ice Pick, you’ll get them here:

 Ice Pick (Common) –  Get from Rambo Lois Ho On A Rampage, Steel Throne Dragon Posture Aggresively, Pusher Peter Protect His Investment, Buy From Store

Once you have an Ice Pick just tap on the Ive Pick Icon in the bottom right of your screen.

After tapping on this, the mini game will appear.

You will see on the top of the screen the Rewards you can win from Icebergs. The amount of Ice Picks you have available in the Lower Left. The PICK button in the Lower Right. (If you’ve no Ice Pickss it will show Need More) Then in the center, you will see the circle that is essentially your target that you will use to get the Icebergs. You can also see the target is orange, this is because it’s not on the centre, the almost light blue To almost white area in the middle, of any Icebergs. I’ve circled it here.

it will turn green once you are on this. Don’t PICK if the target isn’t green as below. You’ll just waste Ice Pickss.

This is really an “Aim n Shoot” kind of set up. You wait for a minute while the Icebergs float around, then move the circle to target them. It should turn green when an Iceberg is properly in target, I’ve found you need to place the target on the middle light blue area of the Icegerg for it to turn green, But the secret of this mini-game is to try target more than 1 Iceberg, so be patient and wait until you see a group of Icebergs where the little blue area overla each other then target them and quickly hit PICK.

To do this put your finger on the Target in the middle of the screen and drag it around to where the group of Icebergs are that you want to get. Try to make sure they are almost on top of each other so you can hit the light blue area on more than one.  Remember you’ve a better chance of clearing more if they are really on top of one another like above. You will then be given Rewards depending on how many Icebergs you destroyed with your Ice Pick. I’ve managed to destroy 3 at once at most so far.

The rewards you get will vary on how many Floats you destroy at a time.

Per Iceerg Destroyed:
1 Dragon Breath or 2 Dragon Breat (Chance)
1 Concealer (Chance)

Undead warthogs

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events. Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a Dragon Breath, you’ll get them here:

 Dragon Breath (Common) –  Get from clearing Icebergs

Once you have a Dragon Breath you will find an Undead Warthog wandering  around your sidewalks, either finding them by looking or using the squatter button.

Simply tap one of them to bring up the targeting screen.

Then move the net until the green target circle is on an Undead Warthog to clear it.

I am seeing up to a maximum of 16 in my game.

The event rewards for clearing Undead Warthogs are as follows:

Per Undead Warthg:
1 Dirty Money (Chance)
1 Spear (Chance)
