Version Android 3.3.3 – IOS 3.3.4

GAME NOTICEABLE CHANGES

Alternate Quahogs is here, you’ll find more formation HERE.

EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES

Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.

GLITCHES & ISSUES

Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.

HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT

There’s 3 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.

Go to their website and use the ‘Contact’ button: https://jamcity.helpshift.com/a/family-guy-the-quest-for-stuff/

However if neither of these are possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

Dog terrors

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with.

After you find these during an investigation you will find they wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button. As a reminder you can find these by investigating the Spaceship Shuttle, Space Simulator & the Space Camp Training Centre.

Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a Moon Rock. Once you have this head to your sidewalks and simply tap one of them to bring up the targeting screen. Then move the beer keg until the green target circle is on one, then simply hit the check mark to clear it.

The event rewards for clearing these is as follows::

For Each One Cleared
1 Fear Crystal (Always)
1 Vodka (Chance)

Robot knight

Here is another new battle, it’s similar to what we’ve seen in previous events.

Basically you need to find them during an investigation in either of the following areas, the Space Simulator & the Space Camp Training Centre.

If you find one he will appear over in the top right of your event area. Please note before you can attack him you need to repair him. Tap on him to do this.

Now the heart meter level has been different each time I have found him but this might vary in your game.  To defeat them you need to get his heart meter to 0.

Now you’ve 24 hours to fully deplete his heart meter, and you do so by attacking him with the following characters/costumes.

Apollo Chris’  FIGHT THE ROBOT KNIGHT task has a damage score of 2, so that’s what he will reduce it’s  heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.

Mecha Joe’s  FIGHT THE ROBOT KNIGHT task has a damage score of 3, so that’s what she will reduce the it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.

Space Meg’s  FIGHT THE ROBOT KNIGHT task has a damage score of 2, so that’s what she will reduce the it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.

Space Camp Peter’s  FIGHT THE ROBOT KNIGHT task has a damage score of 1, so that’s what he will reduce the it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.

Space Cat’s  FIGHT THE ROBOT KNIGHT task has a damage score of 3, so that’s what they will reduce the it’s heart meter by. It takes 2 hours to complete the task and do the damage.

Now once you get their heart meter to zero he will vanish, you will get your rewards and then start exploring areas to find him to attack again. He will be a very good source of Sunlights.

The rewards levels I’ve seen are as follows:

Heart Meter 2 – 15 Sunlights & 1 Robot Scrap
Heart Meter 4 – 30 Sunlights & 2 Robot Scrap
Heart Meter 6 – 50 Sunlights & 3 Robot Scrap
Heart Meter 8 – 60 Sunlights & 5 Robot Scrap

***Remember as I said there may be other Heart Meter Levels, but until I see them in my game I can’t give any info on payouts***

There you have the overall basics to get you started through the first phase of the new event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

  1. Too hard to get the instructor robot not spawning and not enough cards for the black rocks gonna miss one this event 😦

  2. My experience with fighting the robot was always getting 2 scraps regardless of the heart meter. I got two scraps whether the heart meter initially read 6 or 3.

  3. Your glitches comment isn’t helpful. App crashes all the time for me now- I can’t make any progress. I’m on latest iOS and should have plenty of memory etc. Something is wrong, and much worse than it was not long ago.

    • I was in the same boat, Abby. Contact TinyCo. They fixed it within the hour. I was shocked. I’ve been limping along missing events because of my continuously crashing game. I thought it was my iPad getting “old.” Nope. Some bug they fixed super fast. I hate myself for not contacting them sooner. It’s worth a shot.
