another repeated event, probably another week off for long time players.
Saw on another thread saying could be related to the writers strike. That has only been going on since start of May though and I’m sure the start of the repeated events pre-dates any strike action – is this the 4th or 5th repeat? I’ve lost track.
Doesn’t seem to bode well for the games future.
Hopefully I’ll be proved wrong though.

Yes, repeats have been since March so do predate any strike

I wasn’t saying the repeated events were caused by the writer’s strike. I was saying that because the writers are Family Guy show writers and that there’s a strike, there might not be new episodes for a while, even if there were plans for them.

For me, and im sure many long time players this is getting a bit silly now.
Squirrel Girl… I wonder if you would be kind enough to ask the developers whats going on and why.
If they are winding the game up and simply going to repeat event after event then I suppose its best we all know now.
There IS undeniably something going on here – this hasnt happened in the 4 years Ive been playing the game so something is definitely amiss. I just hope they can be honest with you and us.
For me, the only thing left to do is power through sending all to QHS over and over to try to work through the tiers and unlock new characters that way – although I will run out of coins very quickly and not make it to the end – and theres no way I can manually send 500 characters to QHS twice a day!

I’ll ask the question, but I’m not sure it’s the end as yet. They just shutdown FWOT so maybe something do with that, lots going on server wise possibly.

Looks like I can de-stress over me fomo for a week, I have Referee Brian. Fun part? Scrolling through 700ish characters in QHS going for gold before the memory goes and the app crashes. Does Referee Brian appear in any of the more easily checked places like the tiers of QHS or in FaceSpace? I didn’t see it there (which means nothing, my tired eyes and the fairly disorganized structure of the two).
