Hey there Twinkle Toes!!
It’s football time in Quahog! Time to bust out the cheeseheads, pom poms, foam fingers and body paint and get ready for some football!
With this new Quahog Football Challenge Event, we also get some New Character Costumes. Including those won while completing the “Games” in the Scoreboard. Character Costumes like Cheerleader Bonnie!
Let’s take a look at what Cheerleader Bonnie can do in our silly lil games.
Cheerleader Bonnie is a New Character Costume added during the second week of Quahog Football Challenge 2016. As with many costumes in the game in order to get him you have to collect lots of stuff!
The stuff you have to collect for Cheerleader Bonnie came in parts and is first done so by completing the first 6 “Games” in the Scoreboard.
Tapping on the Scoreboard, then each individual Game as you complete them will let you know what you will require to pass them.
(These are the results per Bunny’s Game, let us know if yours vary)

1 Footballs/Touchdowns: Reach End of Football Field (Always) OR Progress Down Football Field (Rare to Extra Rare)

40 Face Grease (Common): Annoying Super Fan
31 Playbook (ALWAYS): Complete Requirements on Football Field

Game 6: Frankfurt Fanged Ferrets
22 Energy Drink (Common): Richard Sherman Show Off His Moves OR Fit Brian Carbo Load
12 Gloves (Common): Clear Football Player OR Cam Newton Dance in the End Zone
10 Pom Poms (Always): Cowboy Astronaut Millionaire Peter OR Football Field (doesn’t show them with Icon, but I see them there listed when playing the Field)
3 Touchdown/Footballs: Reach End of Football Field (Always) OR Progress Down Football Field (Rare to Extra Rare)
Once you completed all SIX Games and had them checked off as “WIN!”, you would then notice an “i“ in a green circle next to Cheerleader Bonnie.
Tapping on the “i“ brought you to her pop up screen.
Tapping on “GET” option will start pulling Cheerleader Bonnie into your game. First the Award screen, tap on “SWEET!”.
Then Cheerleader Bonnie’s Costume is dropped into Al’s and needs 2hrs to “CREATE”. Once she is done creating in Al’s, just tap on the Check Mark over Al’s and she will be brought live into the game.
She does come with a Questline, Give Me A B!, more on that HERE.
Cheerleader Bonnie does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn $$$ & XP.

**Note: Within an Event, tasks may change and vary as the Phases come and go. So some of these tasks will be temporary. Others may be one time use. Some will stick around even after the Event. We won’t know until the Event Ends.
There you have it, the Second Character Prize from the Scoreboard and letting you know just what Cheerleader Bonnie can do in your game.

Al has Cheerleader Bonnie but it’s blank at the bottom, no way of creating her. I’m so aggravated, I really wanted to complete this event. So close yet so far away. I reported it through the game but no response.

Unlocked Bonnie at last…
… no I haven’t. Game has gridlocked. Can’t unlock costume, can’t start game seven, can’t progress main quest (on pt 14 which needs her to shake her pom-poms).
Unable to unlock costume in Al Harrington’s – he claims Bonnie Swanson is locked.

Apparently Al’s got a bug…TC is aware and working on it. But contact them via your game anyway…just in case 🙂

An interesting twist to all this…
Made it down the field and the pom poms have disappeared and been replaced with mouth guards and weights, but I haven’t completed game four yet!
Stuck because now it wants me to get shoes by making Fit Brian Pretend to Like Kale Smoothies, but I don’t have him completed yet. Still need many more gloves and face grease.
Game On! Pt. 13 requires me to win Game 5: Barcelona Dancing Football Babies, but Road to Victory Pt. 4 tells me to win Game 4: Tacoma Coffee Cups.
I am hoping after getting another first down by completing Fit Brian and then getting 3 pairs of shoes that pom poms will return.
This looks less and less likely that the event can be completed without spending some cash especially since the issue of footballs crashing the game last week halted progress.

Energy drinks are going to be a real problem. Not enough ways to get them. If you have Sherman and fit vrian that’s only 4 a day if they always fall.
No clam option to buy a building that always drops them either.

Maybe suggest one? That or if you REALLY want to spend clams, the speed up option on the task

Thank you for laying out everything needed to get her. Now that I’m certain I’m not going to be able to get anywhere close to all that by the end of the event I can quit and start working on district 10 instead.

I am on game 5 and nowhere close to getting Bonnie. Unless something happens with the energy drinks, I don’t think I will even get her by the end of the event. I have only had one drop in the last two days, which doesn’t seem very “common” and despite Sherman doing nothing but his task. I might be able to pick up Brian, which may help, but that won’t be for a while because of the baby oils, which are rare, and I have only had 3 drop, despite sending Seamus and Herbert on task since the new phase began.
Other than that, I am assuming that the game is working as they intended it to work, and it has not been nearly as glitchy as events in the past.

For the sake of the site and to be able to bring you posts like this one, we spend 20-30,000 Clams each large Event (less on smaller) so we can provide all the details of the Characters and drops so you have an idea what to look forward to.
Just play at your own pace. 🙂

Bunny, I am blown away by the amount that is spent. I am so grateful that you do that for us. I know you love the game or should I say borderline obsession like most of us here. 👊. but it truly touches me you spend that much, then share all your valuable knowledge. I can’t say thank you enough. Also, I hope your healing process is moving along.

To get down the field faster: always have the characters do the task that the field asks for. Before you click on the complete tasks, go through the tasks of the field first. Get your first down, and see what the next one says. Majority of the time, you’ll be able to get a few first downs at a time since the player tasks will already be ready to be clicked as completed.

With perfect drops will take 8 days minimum (must have Fit Brian) to get enough energy drinks to finish games 5-6 and obtain Cheerleader Bonnie. Fun times.

Still on Game 5. Hope to unlock her skin just so Cheerleader Bonnie and Cheerleader Lois (from Halloween event) can both cheer for the Panthers in my Quahog!!!!! 😀
