Moustache P.I. Joe is a new character costume available as part of the Quahog Heat event, he is a prize in the Hot Pursuit ?Mystery Box which costs 150 
clams per try. You’ll find the full profile HERE.
At the time of writing this Moustache P.I. Joe has no drops that help in the event, but he is a valuable character for attacking Kingpin Consuela, so you may choose to delay his Questline until the end of the event. But you won’t need to do hire a private investigator to know what’s going on until then as here’s all the Questline info.
