Hannibal Lecter is a new premium Character released as part of the A Very Griffin Holo-ween event. As with all premiums, it is your choice to determine whether or not he is someone you want to add to your game.
Hannibal Lecter costs 250

He does come with a Questline, Picky Eater, more on that in another post.
