Its, uh, fixed, kinda. I now have 2 commissioners! Lol I didn’t realize till I spent resources on the level 1 one instead of my level 3. Lord, help them. Lol

I can be added to that list of people for whom he vanished. Completely gone as soon as I started the new phase. Need him for next step in the quest line never mind what he is supposed to be dropping.
