Family Guy Addicts 
On Part 5 at the moment. Really having to graft to get Chef Peter, will probably be another couple of days before I manage to unlock him. Has anyone made an attempt to get Delivery Boy Joe yet? When is it worth making an all-out attempt to get his him as well?
PS. Using my Samsung mobile to play and have had no glitches or crashing so far.

You’ll need unlock Delivery Boy Joe to move on to next week as he’s necessary to complete this weeks Main Questline.

Just unlocked Joe. I could have done him a bit quicker, but I wasn’t crafting pizzas nonstop from the beginning. I was waiting for the tasks to show up as “craft x pizzas” or “deliver to x pizza customers” and those tasks didn’t show up like I thought. So if you’re still working on it, just keep the pizzas crafting (when not crafting pastas) as you’ll need all the gelatos you can for that XXX-Large Pizza building.

Anyone have bad freezing issue? I can log into my game from iPhone and Android phone but collecting a few item and 20 seconds later the game would freeze and will never resume. This have been going on for at least 12 hours.

I get the same thing – freezes for about 20 seconds, then resumes…never more than 30 seconds and not all the time…Android, latest OS, I think it’s some version of ‘Marshmallow’…

I’ve made them aware of it but this has happened in previous events, I think last time for me was Fast Times At Griffin High and it went on for most of the event. It’s annoying but at least we can still play after the delay.

This update is almost unplayable for me. Locks up all the time and crashes without saving my changes.
Running on the latest model iPad with low graphics setting and my town isn’t very full.
Every time I contact TinyCo I get some rubbish about my memory which I’m not really convinced by at all.

I’m having no issues on either my iPads, both latest models, apRt from a 5 second or so freeze when I first load the game but then it plays ok. Have you tried a clean install, I’m precumng you have?

I really like this event so far, everything is going smoothly. I’m at level 5 in the main questline just grinding for Peters Chef Hats (20/27) and I’ve completed 15/30 orders. I bought Guy Fiery hoping that he will be useful in the coming weeks also. We’ll see.
Sorry RT about my last post that you had to censor even more, I thought I censored it enough…😁 That troll just rubbed me the wrong way.

That’s ok Kimmo, it’s just the sites PG and I try go by that, sometimes with different countries language I’m not sure what’s ok and what’s not so I play it safe.

Finally can get logged on, but it just keeps freezing after pushing 2 buttons. When you close the app and reopen it, you start back over again……no progress was saved. Super frustrating…..gonna call quits on family guy right now.

Is anyone else having problems with the game since the new griffins in the kitchen event. I haven’t even been able to get logged into the game once. The first screen appears that tells you about the new event and it just freezes. I have to close out the app.

My town i recently went back too constantly crashes and its unplayable. if i start up a new town which i have already done and it works fine which makes me think its the old town that’s broke is it possible to get all my old event characters outfits transferred to my new town if that old one gets deleted after?

You’d need message TinyCo to ask if they can restore your old game, you can email them at help@tinyco.com and make sure you Attack your old game playerid

I think I’ve mentioned this before but Im having trouble connecting my Facebook to the game, which contained my old progress. what do i do?

why do i sometimes find myself logged out of my game and i have to use facebook to log back in ? does this affect the progess in my game ?

I’m constantly logged in, never been thrown out yet. Probably just jinxed myself. It would affect progress if you were logged out and played without realising then your device died and you needed reinstall as that progress wouldn’t synced to your save. This is where keeping note of your PlayerId is handy as a backup.

I have to log back into FB if I have cleared my browsing data or run CCleaner, a program that clears out temp files etc.

There’s a glitch with the orderup button.
On the app, it freezes and you have to close the app completely and reopen it. Then it works.
On Facebook, it just freezes completely and there’s a Consuela error – that makes you refresh the page and you lose everything you’ve just accomplished.

I’m not seeing any issues on any my devices. Could you tell me more details about what device and platform you’re playing on and also have you tried all the usual glitch tips?

On my windows laptop there are problems with the FB version, most importantly, as D said above, when you click on the pizza making place you freeze, cannot access it to make pizzas. Error message says”Child name CAPACITY_LABEL1 not found in cooking_academy_v4_6.json, Please reload this page (help, OK)
