With as many as 14 items in the box that I could win, I got ALF on the 3rd try. I’d love to get Captain Hammered and Blobulous to complete the Fabulous Four, as they were in the game well before I started playing (I got Red Hot and the Multiplier during later events), but I have a bad feeling a lot of clams would get wasted in the process.

I thought, “Okay, I have a lot of clams here, and I’m getting 21 more a day (stage + watching ads), so…ONE MORE TIME. Probably not, but maybe what I do get will be useful in the event…” I got Captain Hammered. Now the temptation to go after Blobulous becomes greater, and I can’t believe I could do it without losing a lot of clams.

Unbelievable. Since I got Captain Hammered on the first try, I thought, again, “Okay, I’m gonna try ONE TIME to get Blobulous.”

Sigh! Another good character hidden away in a mystery box. Poll after poll shows that these random boxes just aren’t popular but still they continue to push them. There is no way I’m spending 135 clams to risk ending up with 14 napkins or a decoration.

I tried to get Alf from the mystery box. I made four attempts and just got a bunch of cameras and autograph paper. Once I got clams, but I used them for my fourth attempt. I’m so sad because getting Alf is the main reason why I’m playing this event! Please forgive me if I should be posting this in a What the Deuce instead!
