You need the Pawtucket Mansion, which is part of the Brewery District, have you possibly not got that yet?

1) I’m surprised I was able to unlock her a bit early, since it really seemed like some of the item drop rates weren’t matching their label (e.g. Short Shorts weren’t dropping at a common rate).
2) Disappointed they’re going back to including 24 hr tasks in their questlines, but I’ll avoid actually getting upset until they do so in their main questlines.

I’m on track to unlock her early – just need one more pair of shorts and a couple of shoes, with over 40 hours left on the timer. That should be easy. I’m shocked…!
