I have not been able to play this game since October. I have been pretty busy and did not care about the events after the decades one, so I did not care to log on. However, since mid/end of November I have tried to log on but the game never loads, and then eventually the crash message will show up. I have tried to email tinyco, and I rarely get a response (if I do, there is no follow up). My game is not connected with my facebook account, so if I delete the game, will all my progress be erased? I feel like that is my best option to get it to restart and get the game to work, but I fear that I will lose all my progress. Any advice? Thanks

If you’ve not saved your game to an account you will lose it if you delete everything. Keep reaching out to TinyCo, and keep a note of your PlayerId

I have connected my Account go Google und have erased the game data. Now I can’t connect go Google anymore. Anyone else? Please help (and excuse my bad English.

I hate this event,and what’s with the no voices for the characters lately? When i grind away to get a character and they have no voice it really pisses me off-every character you achieve through clams,real money or by grinding away should have a voice with a few lines of dialogue,if they have a voice in the actual show then what’s the problem…who’s with me?

I think tinyco need to have a look at these comments and seriously try to fix things. I haven’t really been trying with this event. As others have said the shooting game is ridiculous as 1 gun should be enough to play it and the shot should easily pop several balloons at once. It has been quite a while since I made sure went on regularly as it seems to be impossible to complete events. It’s a shame to see players annoyed and wanting to delete the game.

This event was tough enough but to have the mystery box continue to drop hot toys long after clearing the ninth shopper is bad design. Other events have had items be omitted from collections or mystery boxes when no longer needed, as valuable as these mystery boxes are, that should have been the case with this event as well. If the construction of the game for lipsticks and hair dyes had been better, I would have proceeded just like a normal event. The shooting was miserable and I am getting hot toys when all I need is lipsticks. I will be interested to see how many people actually unlock Tasheka and if they are able to do it through conventional means or by spending a lot of clams the rush tasks and get premium items.

I actually unlocked Tasheka this morning without using any clams. I would say I got very lucky. I only got 1 extra Hot Toy and only got the correct number of lipsticks. Once I cleared those the mystery box gave me a some guns for the mini game. I followed RTs advice and shot the monkeys. I would wait for 2 of them to be on top of each other and then shot them. I would always hit 2 or 3. Most of the time I can’t get the last character in an event, sometimes not even the last 2.

Every time I try to clear a shopper the game freezes. I completed it one time and by the time the next shopper was to be cleared I couldn’t make it happen. That questline pushed back to clear one shopper after the first freeaze and now I can’t get past it. Everything else keeps dropping and collecting as usual. This is my first time ever having a glitch like this and tiny co is no help. Gosh this is frustrating.

What a joke. I’ve been grinding on this event and now all I need are Purple Lipsticks, but I keep getting Hot Toys out of the mystery box. Don’t need the Hot Toys because I’ve already got all the items from the shoppers. And it’s not like the shoppers drop Bucks to buy more mystery boxes or even Specimen Cup. Although I don’t need any of those anymore, since I bought the last building. Also, don’t need BB Guns, which are still in the mystery box. Once something becomes obsolete, it should be removed from the Mystery Box. I hope the drops improve or I’m going to miss out on Tasheka even though I only need one type of item for the last two days. This sucks.

I think the consensus is that this could be the worst event ever for this game. I would agree. Even for a mini event, this is the worst. It has no interesting new characters, terrible drops and awful and/or unfair mini games.

Well I finally deleted this game from my Ipad for all of the reasons listed in this channel and much much more. Been playing this game for years and every event is the same old nonsense. Over 100 characters in inventory but only 1 character drops rare items. Can’t even pop balloons because the ONE character that drops what you need every 4 hours only dropped one bullet in 2 days and you need 2 bullets just to pop one balloon. Insanity.
Hey devs, how about no more “chance” to drop items. If you’re gonna have 1 or 2 characters drop an item, then it should be a guaranteed drop every time. Especially the ones that take 8 hours. Ridiculous.
Back to the Simpsons game. I never have a problem finishing an event there. To date, I have never finished an event in this game, ever. Sad. Some of us don’t have real money to spend. We play because it’s free and we’re big fans of the show. Which brings up another issue, any premium items/characters are all over 250 clams. You gotta be kidding.

Well, I know it’s Monday…but I’m still pissed off!!! Wednesday will be FOUR weeks since I’ve been able to log into my game. FOUR. WTD??!!? I can’t believe that nobody can fix this. I can’t believe that this is acceptable. I mean no manager over there is doing anything about this!?!? I know it’s only a game, but it is game that I have spent money on and I can’t believe the lack of responses. I have to post the communication between me and support….it is comical. At this point, I kinda don’t even want to play anymore……I just want to see how long this is going to take to fix!

Last night, they wrote back to me saying that since support cannot fix this, they are passing it to the development team. Again….after 4 weeks!!?? Not holding my breath.

Months!!?!? OK, if a problem can’t be fixed in months, either they don’t know how to fix it (and are not hiring the right people to fix it) or they don’t want to fix it.

Just a few quick notes from a very frustrated and long-time player from the UK.
I totally understand that in essence this is a game of chance – if it wasn’t then we’d all have Tanlines full of characters that we haven’t had to break sweat to earn. But…. there is a massive difference between ‘chance’ and what we are being offered in this event – the shooting gallery is an absolute shambles as the number of balloons under the crosshairs bear no resemblance to the number actually hit. Do programmers not realise that bullets keep going after they puncture a balloon?
This is a minor gripe however when held up against the total (*expletive deleted*) of the Mystery Box. Whoever dreamed this up truly deserves whatever Satan has in store for him/her. The concept is so skewed that I’m frankly amazed that it got through TinyCo’s quality control department (Ha!), but I’d love to see any feedback on just how many people actually unlock Tasheka by the event end – I suspect that it will be in the low-digit percentages, and that they will have ALL spent REAL money to effectively buy a Freemium character.
I could go on but I’ll just be repeating everything that’s been said by my lovely fellow players earlier – this is a game, a source of entertainment and escape, something that should be of real value to real FG fans, but I’m afraid it’s now just a cash-cow for TinyCo…
When I think of the amount of money I’ve ploughed into this game over the last three-and-a-half years, I could have bought a decent Fender Telecaster! Something of real value that won’t keep asking me for more and won’t take the p**s!
Final warning from me TinyCo – one more travesty like this and (to pinch a phrase from Dragons Den) I’m out.

Third event in a row I’ve decided to just call it quits early (the back to back 0-fers in the shooting gallery sealed it’s fate). Christmas could be the last chance – been here since day one and ridden the highs and lows, but my time away is leading me to believe a permanent separation may be in order 😦

This event is pretty bad. Their FAQ says to aim at the body of the balloon, but even when trying to get an overlap of two body edges in the green circle, I pop one balloon more often than I do two. Tried the heads, but they don’t seem to do any better for me. Plus, Katie’s drops of guns seem less common (twice in a row no gun). Also, got got all but one of the fake nail drops from Bonnie before I even got the building that drops them, so spending samples on the building wasn’t worth it.
The game seems to have too much randomness and too much repetition lately. This event has the same small group of characters doing the same exact tasks for two solid weeks.

This event sucks. I’ve opened about 20 of those ten buck boxes and got three hot toys once, and one hot toy every other time. ZERO lipstick. I even bought clams, feeling like a bit of a mug. Thanks TinyCo!

– gun drops are terrible… in fact, all item drops are rubbish!
– balloons wont pop and the ones that do drop nothing but sperm, not useful items required to unlock
– you can’t unlock buildings unless its the next in the list (a list that is hidden so you can’t even see what buildings drop which items).
I was lucky enough to get bonnie to drop all the extra rare nail drops over 3 days. but the next building i can buy drops nails. absolutely pointless and a waste of money/sperm
This event should have been a 1 week event as thanksgiving and black friday happened 10 days ago!
It seems to me that week 2 is purely a money spinner TC/JC. Getting ppl willing to waste money/clams when the xmas event is only days away from starting.

the most ridiculous part of this is that I have just completed all 6 of the fake nails with Bonnie which are EXTRA RARE but I have only got 8 out of THIRTY-SEVEN uncommon gold bangles with TWO DAYS left of this event?!

Yeah, they really didn’t think this through. You will get 2 buildings dropping the bangles, at 2 per drop, so it might be possible to catch up. My main issue is going to be Hair Dye, as it’s literally impossible for me to get more than 2 in the balloon game. I’ve tried 40+ times in a row, using a technique I won’t go into, and it’s either 0, 1, or possibly 2 if I’m extremely lucky. I can’t even fathom getting more than 2 as it takes me so long just to get 2 without wasting bullets. As it stands I’ll need 2.17 days just to get enough bullets in 1.92 days of event left.

Sadly this is normal.
I’ve played for many years and long bemoaned the fact Uncommon drops have the worst drop rate of any drop rate — I’ve had Epic items complete before Uncommon, that’s how messed up the drop rate is on Uncommon.

What’s the difference between a baby and a FGQS player? Babies occasionally stop crying. Also, getting quite a few guns from the freemium mystery box.

Bonnie drops are listed as extra rare, well they are dead on here as Bonnie has dropped her item only 1 time in 4 days of trying and I need 9…ugh

What the…they don’t tell you that Moritz’s task to drop the boxes is a 24 hour task. Granted I got him in my second attempt of the mystery box with the first attempt being 155 clams but still, but of a waste really.

I hate the parade balloons. I have rarely got enough guns to even shoot at them and when I did I haven’t had much success.
The whole balloon is the balloon, why does only hitting the head count? Do Tiny Co/Jam City not know how balloons work?
And with only one character being able to ‘sometimes’ get guns I don’t think it should require 2 guns for 1 shot.
Maybe I’ll wait for the next event, that won’t make use of Santa until people complain. /futurerant

This event has gone from ridiculous to downright insulting…TC/JC does realize this is supposed to be fun, not demeaning or frustrating, right? We play this because we want to – there are plenty of outlets out there for our entertainment time and money…geez…
Bonnie has been tasked to drop fake nails for almost a week (2 hour task) as well as a building, and in that time, I’ve got 3 out of 9…WTD???
