There’s more than a hint of what’s coming to a Quahog near you soon in the latest game update hitting our app stores. If you want to know more continue reading, if you don’t then move on to the next post until you update your App.

Best get your looking glass on hand as the Lois In Wonderland event is coming to our games soon!
Now there’s no word on an exact time when the event will go live, obviously we will see it sometime after the current event ends on 16th January at 3PM PST. But as of now I can see the update only on IOS, (App Version 1.82.0), but don’t panic if you’re not seeing it as it will come to the other app stores soon. But if you’re not seeing it and want to know more here’s a sneak peek at the App Store info:
“When Lois falls asleep while reading Stewie’s bedtime story, her dreams turn Quahog into a magical Wonderland. As zany characters cause trouble for her, Lois will have to navigate the madness and battle strange foes as she tries to go home. Will Alice Lois escape back to reality? Play our Lois In Wonderland event to find out!”

I’m super stoked for this event. Alice and wonderland is a damn classic. I love it. Anytime my mother says something to me or shows me something I always respond “curious and curiouser”. Lol. Love it. Hopefully it’s obtainable skins and characters but I will say I’m going to absolutely spend saved clams on this event lol

Have been unable to play on Facebook Gameroom and my Amazon Fire HD, for the past two days because of the update. They both know there is a newer version available, but neither has the update available yet.
Luckily I can still play on Bluestacks, but its still on 1.81 I believe, and does not yet see the new update.

I’m wondering who will be what. I’m thinking so far that Brian is the white rabbit, Stewie is the cheshire cat, and Quagmire is the Mad Hatter.

Although on one hand I’m excited for a Wonderland event cause it’s based on one of my favorite books of all time, on the other hand it’s becoming rather stale now having rehashes of the same main FG cast over and over again as new characters each main event.
It’s looks sort of lazy and/or lack of funds in not investing in actually new characters that are not rehashes of the main FG cast.
Couldn’t TC/JC have created new character models for the Wonderland event? Why almost every new event lately have to be copies of the FG cast and not actual new characters?
Look how many times Peter, Lois, Brian and the rest of the gang have been reused so far:
– Wonderland
– FG Christmas Carol
– A Look in the Rear
– Sherlock Holmes mini event
– Masters of the Universe
– Wizard of Oz
– Grimm Knight in Quahog
It’s becoming rather boring/unimaginitive from TC’s/JC’s part in not coming up with actual totally new characters for the game. It shows they’re taking the shortcut/easy-way-out in trying to come up with new ideas for events without any effort whatsoever sadly. 😦

I remember when each new event had its own splash screen on the app. Now it never changes, like TC doesn’t care anymore.

Remember that one time they gave us the option to get out of an event early to get a head start on the next event? Yeah, I’d like to add that the list of “what would you like in the new year”…

Realistically just wondering if there will be anything different or just new coats of paint. What is it they say about doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result?
