Servers Down, Scheduled Maintenance

Hey there Clammers!!

There will be a brief span of time tomorrow in which TinyCo will be running maintenance on their Servers. Here’s all the info from TinyCo.

“We know you’re in love with us. But on Thursday (2/7) at 10 A.M. PST, the Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff servers will be down for 15 minutes for scheduled maintenance. Stretch out your legs while you wait.”

What does this mean for you? Well simply the app will not be accessible for 15 minutes.. if you try to access your game during this time you will see error messages when attempting to enter the game until the Server Update is complete.

  1. Pffftt. The maintenance will probably hurt more than help. The new quest is five hours old yet after the update for the new quest, the new quest seems to be missing… I am expecting a splash screen saying clams solve all your problems and the a shameless redirect to the “store.” Adding “glitches” to your game to increase difficulty is a horrible business model. Good luck with that TC.


  2. The lost 15 minutes will give all the people who say they cannot finish an event añ excuse!


  3. Oh my!! Will this possibly fix the ability to log into my game again?????? Only going on 3 months now……


  4. 15 minutes? I haven’t been able to play for two weeks! And all I get is the same crap answer of we’re aware of the problem and are working on it. Absolute garbage.


    • 2 weeks? Lucky you! LOL. I’ve been talking with support for 3 months now because I cannot log into my game….and today, they asked (for probably the 6th time) which type of account I was using. Hysterical. I’ve literally told them at least half a dozen times that it’s a google account. They either respond 1) We’re working on it 2) reboot your device 3) uninstall and re-install 4) clear your cache 5) we’ve cleared the cache on our end and to reboot your device 6) we’ve pushed out a fix that should fix the problem 7) which type of account are you using to log in.

      They have literally gave those responses about 4 times each! I have screenshots….it’s comical. I finally gave up on January 1st actively pursuing them and being upset. I check in every few days now. Hang in there Tom.
