GLITCHES & ISSUES

Crashing and lockout issues are  continuing for some on IOS even since the 1.89.1 update. I have this on my iPad Air using an older IOS (8)but not on my IPad Pro or IPhone which are on newer version of IOS. TinyCo are working on a fix.

There’s some login issues. Again TinyCo are working on a fix’ 1.88.1 may have fixed this, let me know.

The duplicate characters issue continues, TinyCo are working to try resolve this but it’s proving difficult. If you have recently developed this isdue please email them stating it’s just started happening in your game.  Makesure to include your PlayerId. Their support email is – tc-support@jamcity.com

Actor Meg (Character Costume): 270  Clams. Can edit our (fight) Zombie Extras & Meg Double.  Has 8 Heart Points, does 4 damage and takes 7 hours to heal. Also has a 4hr task with a chance drop of 1 Fake Friend.

Actor Brian (Character Costume): You’ll see him in Al Harrington’s. Can edit our (fight) Zombie Extras & Meg Double. Has 8 Heart Points, does 4 damage and takes 7 hours to heal. Task to drop Video Editors.

Here is where you will spend the Event Currency you collect while playing the game to unlock Buildings & Decorations to use to further your game play in the Event.

Here are the items you can unlock during Week One…

Brian’s Wet Bar: Chance Drop of 2 Reading Glasses every 8hrs
Cost ~ 200 Scripts

Friends For Hire Services: Chance Drop of 2 Incognito Sunglasses every 6hrs
Cost ~ 250 Scripts

Church Of Quagmire Trailer: Chance Drop of 2 Anti Wrinkle Cream every 8hrs

Squatter button

This is a new feature to make it easier to find what TinyCo call Squatters, that’s the little baddies we clear during events, and this events it’s been upgraded to let you choose which squatter/baddie you’re looking for. Just tap it and select from the 3 baddie options this week. You’ll be taken straight to the baddie you choose.

Zombie extra

At Pt. 1 of the main Questline you will trigger the Zombie Extra in your Quahog. You will have to wait for them to appear before you can battle them and have one of the following characters available, Actor Brian and/or Actor Quagmire and/or Actor Meg.

Battling Zombie Extras is similar to the battles you’ve done in previous events, there’s honestly nothing we’ve seen before. You will find the Zombie Extras wandering your sidewalks, you can either find them by looking or if you have a big decorated town use the Squatter Button. When they appear,  tapping on one will bring you up the Defeat The Zombie screen, which gives you all the battle information.

I’ve simplified the information from that screen below.

Opponent Stats:

Zombie Extras: 8 Health Points, 4 Damage Hit, Undisclosed chance of knockout

Characters you can use to defeat Zombie Extras Stats  (you can select 2):

Actor Brian  ~ 8 Health Points, 4 Damage Hit, 40% Chance knockout, Heal time 7hrs
Actor Quagmire ~ 12 Health Points, 4 Damage Hit, 20% Chance knockout, Heal time 7hrs
Actor Meg ~ 8 Health Points, 4 Damage Hit, 60% Chance knockout, Heal time 9hrs

And remember if you send in more than one character to attack, which I recommend if possible, the damage the Zombie Extra does will be split across them. So if you’ve 2 characters fighting him he will hit each for 2 damage instead of 4, unless he misses or does a knockout blow then the damage will vary.

The rewards you get will depend on whether you only damage him, this is counted as a defeat, or if you fully kill him, this is a success. Remember any damage you do to her will stay until you attack him again.

DEFEAT/ROUND Payout:
Nothing

SUCCESS Payout:
15 Scripts (Always)
1 Razor (Always)
2 Whiskey (Always)

Now another point worth mentioning about your character’s Health healing  it only starts to heal once it hits 0, so if you’ve 4/8 Health it will NOT go back up to 8/8 over time, it will only start to restore once you’re at 0/8. You can restore your character’s Health instantly but it costs at least 64 Clams, so I don’t advise it.

Meg double

At Pt. 1 of the main Questline you will trigger the Meg Double in your Quahog. You will have to wait for her to appear before you can battle her and have one of the following characters available, Actor Brian and/or Actor Quagmire and/or Actor Meg.

Battling Meg Double is similar to defeating the Zombie Extras., she’s just tougher to defeat but dishes out higher rewards.

You will find her wandering your sidewalks you can either find them by looking or if you have a big decorated town use the Squatter Button. When she appears tapping on her will bring you up the Defeat Meg’s Double screen, which gives you all the battle information.

But I’ve simplified the information from the Attack screen below..

Lost Extras

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events. Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a Fake Friend, you’ll get them here:

 Fake Friends (Common) –  Get from Mort Stand In The Background, Actor Meg Go Unoriced, Herbert Retreat To His Trailer, Bonnie Make Cookies For The Crew

Once you have a Fake Friend you will  will find the Lost Extras wandering your sidewalks, you can either find them by looking or if you have a big decorated town use the Squatter Button. When they appear,  tapping on one will bring you up the targeting screen.

Then move the fake friend until the green target circle is on a Lost Extra to clear it.

I am seeing up to a maximum of 5 in my game.

The event rewards for clearing them is as follows:

1 Martini (Always)
