Just a heads up that some players are experiencing crashing issues after updating to IOS version 1.90.1, TinyCo are aware of this. I can tell you I can play fine after updating on my iPhone , so not sure if it is once again linked to certain IOS devices. I still can’t play on my IPad Air. If you’re having issues after updating please tell us your device and IOS version in the comments. If you’ve not updated yet you might want to hold off doing so until we know more about the issue.

It looks like Phase 2 ended and Phase 3 is trying to start, but nothing is available yet. I have zero tasks. My wait for Phase 3 to start disappeared. But I’ve got nothing to do in the game. Anyone else

I have an iPhone 7, and I always try to have the latest iOS version, and I rarely have issues that don’t affect virtually everyone. (And those are usually quickly fixed.) I sometimes wonder if it is the OS version that matters, rather than the hardware. For example, the post below this is for an iPhone 5c with iOS 10.3.3. If that is the latest version they can install, they may not go much further… (And iOS 13.x, coming soon, apparently won’t run on anything before an iPhone 6s!) Other than that, the trickier issues could even be caused by other apps or settings on the device, which TC/JC cannot always foresee, making those harder to fix, often requiring game-by-game fixes.

My game has just gone back in time,all my land has been locked again,ive still got my characters,but all of the main building’s i need have disappeared-this is a mess…

Yes ive messaged them but got no reply yet,it’s weird because i got Cleveland’s new costume before this happened and sent him off to do his task and he beamed out like from on Star trek! That was a couple of days ago and now he’s gone missing altogether,also all of the main cast houses and building’s are nowhere to be found

I had few buildings disappear a few events back, think this is possibly same s due but getting worse. Hopefully they’ll get you sorted but I know these kind of issues often require a manual fix, so try to have list what’s missing as they may need add these back in one at a time if they can’t fix via your last good save.
