End Of Event Timer Glitch

There’s an ongoing glitch with the countdown timer in our games. If you click on the event icon the information box is constantly showing the event has only 9hrs & 59mins to go. It’s stuck on that time, and of course more importantly is the fact it’s wrong. The event currently ends on Wednesday 11th September at 2pm PDT and not before it.

TinyCo have been made aware of the issue but we probably not see a fix until after the weekend.

  1. Strange 🤷🏻‍♂️ … as of this comment, mine says 3d 23h … I’m constantly checking mine to time drops with certain days and haven’t seen the glitch in mine thankfully. 🙂[knock on wood]

    • Seems to be different devices getting different glitches, I hope you continue to stay glitch free

      • So it seems to be a Phase 3 glitch specifically … timer was fine until I completed the questline for Phase 2 last night, once 3 started, the timer said 00s until I closed out and came back this morning … as of this comment it now says 2d 4h (which would be Wednesday, September 11, 2019 @ 3pm PST, a.k.a. 6pm EST or 11pm GMT)

I’m currently using a Samsung S10 running the original stock Android 9 (a.k.a. Pie) that was released with the phone in March (I have not installed any security patches or updates), I am also using FGQFS version 1.89 (again, I have not upgraded to 1.91) … I only upgrade things if it’s required, no reason to fix what ain’t broke.

As a sidenote, I believe there were less glitches for others when TinyCo forced upgrades for each major event because that meant everyone was using the same version making it easier to find any ‘bugs’.
