This is a 3 week event!!!

You can see the countdown timer for the event and other details by clicking on the Event Info Icon at the bottom of your screen.

EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS & INFORMATION

If you’re using clams to speed unlock Hotline Peter or Lumberjack Lois, look closely at the cost to buy individual materials, doing it this way, by buying some items individually will cost you more than using the total unlock clam cost.

ADDICTS ANNOUNCEMENTS & INFORMATION

***Post is complete***

***The launch of this week’s event was again delayed but it looks to me that this events completion requirements have been adjusted to reflect that time we lost compared to other week long events***

***Please note future events may now start and end at 2PM PDT, so please keep an eye on the event end times, I’ll update information as I get it but as you know timing has been all off lately***

***I know some of you are annoyed that this ended before the stated extended finish time, I’ve brought this to TinyCo’s attention and am stressing to them again we need events back on schedule with a definate end time***

GLITCHES & ISSUES

The duplicate and triplicate characters glitch continues. I know I keep saying this but believe me TinyCo are working to try get this sorted. You must contact them as they need fix games on a one by one basis.

Reappearing Questlines – if you can simply redo them, or request TinyCo remove them.

Clam award loop – doesn’t effect play but please let TinyCo know if is happening in your game.

Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know.

Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.

Theres quite few visual and written errors that don’t effect play.

HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT

There’s 2 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and  then tap ‘Contact Us’.

However if this isn’t possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

.Although also worth remembering where you can explore will depend on the characters you have available to you. The characters that can explore are Chris, Lois, Hotline Peter and Beauty Pagent Stewie.

To explore you will need to collect Firm Bats.

Multiverse nuns

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just a simple tap and they are gone.

After you find these during an investigation you will find the Multiverse Nuns wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button. As a reminder you can find these by investigating the Ancient Passageway, Warm Tub Multiverse Machine and the Multidimensional Portal.

Simply tap one of them and it’s gone.

The event rewards for clearing Multiverse Nuns  are as follows:

Per Diamond Card Soldier Cleared
15 Vials of Plasma (Always)
1 Wood Log (Chance)

DEFEAT SURGEONS

Here is another new battle, it’s similar to what we’ve seen in previous boss battles in events such as The Clue Event.

Basically you need to find the Surgeon during an investigation in either of the following areas, the Warm Tub Multiverse Machine and/or the Multidimensional Portal. If you find him he will appear over in the event area at the Multiverse Portal. Above him will be a timer and a heart meter.

Now the heart meter level has been different each time I have found him but this might vary in your game.  To defeat the Surgeon you need to get his heart meter to 0.

Now you’ve 24 hours to fully deplete his heart meter, and you do so by attacking him with Hotline Peter and/or Beauty Pagent Stewie.

HotlinevPeter’ s INTERROGATE SURGEON task has a damage score of 2, so that’s what HE will reduce the Surgeon’s  heart meter by. It takes 3 hours to complete the task and do the damage.

Beauty Pagent Stewie’s  INTERROGATE SURGEON task has a damage score of 4, so that’s what He will reduce the Surgeon’s heart meter by. It takes 3 hours to complete the task and do the damage.

Now once you get the Surgeon’s heart meter to zero he will vanish, you will get your rewards and then start exploring areas to find him to attack again. She will be a very good source of Vials of Plasma.

The rewards levels I’ve seen are as follows:

Heart Meter 2 – 15 Vials of Plasma & 1 Axe
Heart Meter 4 – 30 Vials of Plasma & 2 Axe
Heart Meter 6 – 50 Vials of Plasma & 3 Axe
Heart Meter 8 – 60 Vials of Plasma & 5 Axe

***Remember as I said there may be other Heart Meter Levels, but until I see them in my game I can’t give any info on payouts***

There you have the overall basics to get you started through the first week of the new event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

  1. Anyone find a task for standard Peter? Something that drops vials? They VERY occasionally have some very random Peter outfit do something to drop event currency when he isn’t doing anything directly, most of the time they don’t mention it…

    • I looked through but couldn’t see anything

      • As for random tasks for Pete, my little tip: Sheriff Peter drops 60 coins for a 1-minute task. That’s the best coin drop per minute in the entire game. Although coins are now virtually useless in the game, I have a little challenge for myself of watching them grow to 200 million. I’m well over 160 million coins now.

        • I don’t send anyone to collect coins, got more than I’ll ever need…. But have fun reaching your targets… Have you a time frame in mind to get to 200m by?

  2. Yeah the impromptu start was a bit annoying as I went 16 hours without logging in, probably for the first time in years, because of having nothing left to do in the outgoing event. So, I’m starting this one slightly late.

  3. Wow, surgeons and nuns with eyes gouged out are just soooo random it is absurd

  4. I’m trying to get to Part 5, but it really requires a lot of Vials of Plasma to get you here buildings. It’s Friday afternoon here in Florida.

    • It’s done to slow down progress, so players don’t rush through too quick

      • WTD… why is everyone rushing through this event? That Moogk guy said he was finished already, so must’ve thrown shedloads of clams at it and defeats the purpose of playing imo.

        • I’m not sure, I agree, even I try to still go at a pace to enjoy playing whilst pulling info for the site

          • I’m just about to finish and I haven’t spent a penny — just free clams and fast-forwarding. Done on Sunday in Florida for free.

            • Everyone plays at different speeds. Unfortunately some don’t get to choose how to play, many struggle as they don’t have fast forward or Clam TV. So you are one of the fortunate ones. Try playing an event without using any free Clams or fast forward and you’ll see how tough it can still be for some players.

But just now the crazy event starts mean I also can’t set aside time to blog as soon as the content drops as the schedule is all over the place.

As long as you’re still having fun playing that’s all that matters. I want people to enjoy the game, and a lot aren’t just now.

    • Almost on Part 6 now. Saturday in Florida. What should I be stockpiling now?
