Apples were the slowest thing for me, BTW. But I foresaw this during my Intelligence Analysis on day 1, so I was playing for apples hard from the outset. I used a lot of FF to get apples early on — and they were still the long pole in the tent holding things up.

Yes and that’s where the unfairness comes in, you struggled with fast forward, think how those who don’t have fast forward feel, especially with Chad needed to progress.

I got Chad over the weekend and finished Part 7. I have found the item drops to be identical when I use FF. If it’s rare, it’s rare. But I had 3 items drop in a row using FF. I’ve also had no items drop 3 times in a row. Same odds with or without, in my experience.
BTW, today’s poll has issues. I’ve tried to vote 3 times. It just spins after I click submit.
As a side note, a FB friend of mine just started as a brand new Level 1 player in District 1 last week. She has the FF feature. As a result, she is on Level 16 and District 6 in her first week as a newbie player. The FF feature really does make a huge difference. It gives you Warp Speed, rather than Impulse Power.

I’ve tested poll and no issues, and others are managing vote, so no sure why you’re having problems.

Apples are the last item I need. Those are really going slow.
On a side note….I got one of those pop up deals to buy a character for items and it was for Diane Simmons! I did not have her from before, the best part is that it completed the Tortured Souls set and I got 50 clams!!!

Do they seriously expect people to get Chad during week 1? Getting enough Apples and neckerchiefs in time looks impossible.

Hit my goal of finishing this phase before Sunday — without spending a penny. The fast-forward feature is amazing. You get the equivalent of 4 clams — speeding up the action of a character or a building by 2 hours — just for watching a video ad that only lasts 10-30 seconds max. And I don’t even watch the ads. I play on Facebook on my other device until it’s done. The 2 hours speed by like magic. Very satisfying to see 2 hours melt away in just seconds. So now I’m just going to kick back and enjoy other things in the game without any time pressure.

You’ve definitely sold everyone on the fast forward feature, only problem being not everyone gets it I’m afraid.

I had it, then I didn’t, then I did, then I didn’t… 🙂 (It has only shown up for about 1 day, in the last few weeks…)

I’ve never saw it.

Same for me, I had it for two events one event apart, not since…

It seems like whenever I use this feature…..the building or character never drops anything. Every single time I’ve used it to speed up for a drop I’ve gotten nothing. One time I tried it something like 4 straight times on an event building with no drops.
Anyone else notice this or just my own isolated instance?

Only 1 character gets the ghost dusters for me and that’s Lois. What’s super death?

I’ve messaged them regarding this, please do so To through your game support. Super Death is a premium character this week.

I think Thomas Edison will drop ghost dusters when you get him, so it’s not so bad.

I’m hoping that will help, I’ve unlocked him and tested his drop a few times and it’s been common.

Yet another unecessarily difficult event, with incredibly poor Ghost Duster drops – I’ve still only had 1 drop in 24 hours. I guess they’re really pushing for people to buy them for clams in this event.

Almost to Part 5. Seems very straightforward so far. The shooting game is easier than usual. Even the stationary ghosts in the corner count. Anything touching the circle anywhere counts.

Yeah they made improvements based on feedback.

What if I don’t have action star Peter?

Sorry, I forgot update the task It’s Thomas Edison you use for it not Action Star Peter. Thanks for pointing it out.
