The requirement of 40 banshee tears or King Stewart is absurd. I have had the three characters on task, 8-hour tasks, since week 3 started and have collected a total of 20 sage. The drop being uncommon has crippled my ability to collect more than that and mathematically to collect 40 banshee tears would require defeating the lavender ghost to level 4 three times which would require 48 sage. With two days and a few hours left in the event, that’s not going to happen. Way to go TC, you ******* us again.

I wrote a very similar post yesterday but forgot to post, the difference being that my game has only dropped 17 sage at the time of posting this.
Very annoying and frustrating.

Just fully defeated the Lavender Ghost and no Ghost Tears for King Stewart. Ugh. Plus the ghost didn’t even go to sleep after being defeated through level 5 when the counter went back to one. I already contacted them but let’s see if they get back to me.

Is everyone getting their books? For every 3 or 4 I get, only 1 will show up in the haunted mansion. Guess I won’t finish this one.

You sure you’re looking at the right Books, remember Maths Books are still showing as a drop even after you get Jester Brian, it might be those you’re seeing drop rather than the currency Books.

All of the events are incredibly easy as long as you have FF. But the reality is that not many people do have it, and it gives a distorted view of the progress most people should expect.

Yes, it concerns me it also gives TinyCo a distorted view of players progress. However this week’s Banshee Tears will be a big issue whether you have FF or not.

What’s the new update done to the screen layout when the action list is up?
The character icon drops down so you can’t just quickly scroll without moving your finger. Annoying

I just hit Part 5 — just a few hours after the release of Week 3 — without spending a penny I have 2 of the 4 new buildings and have finished out 1 of the 5 item categories for King Stewart. This event seems mercifully easy, assuming you have FF. I just wish they had released a new character instead of more of the dreaded costumes.
