Do I need to have a character while collecting? Or multiple?
Collected many times without now. But nothing works

All the floors you’ve unlocked need to be filled when you collect to get the task to complete

Do we get trophies for earning skins in the Historical Society?

You only get trophies for characters and costumes unlocked during events, there was a glitch where some didn’t get one for earnimg Christmas Gnome Stewie, if you didn’t message support after the holidays
