So an update hit the game this evening and I hoped something in this would help fix the issue that has prevented me from even playing this event. Not to be. Wonder if I should even bother messaging support to see if there are any updates to my situation and will I get more than “please be patient. Development is working on it.”

Such a dumb beginning of the week for me. Decided to buy a mystery box for the first time and got 4 rejection letters. Completely useless now we don’t need them anymore for the romantic thugs -.-

Please make sure the character is in your box, if not contact support The issue here is it’s not happening in every game, their test games don’t show the problem but they are looking at the impacted games to try see what’s happening.
