poor drops in Week 1 meant I was behind by 1.5-2days when Week 2 started.
smashed the main questline in 3 days but still working on unlocking Bonnie.
got all the buildings so that should help, but egg rolls haven’t been dropping. 8hr task with a supposed common drop rate and i reckon i’ve had a best of 2 drops from 6 possible collections per day.

RT, What is the secret to reply to comments? I have subscribed after checking the box to get notifications of new posts yet I do not get the notifications and I am not able to reply to any comments. I finally got a reply from support refunding my 200 eggs for the second “6” statue that never made it to my account. Yay Support! And they were super friendly and personable so much props to that support team. My account was affected negatively though and I am currently working with support to get my game back. I would have unlocked Bonny almost 2 days ago so that really hurts my progress. Waiting to hear back from support to recover my account. I will post follow ups here.
Once again, thank you for what you do to support the addict community. I would normally be frustrated right now and write the game off after 6 years but you and your team are awesome at fixing stuff.
Yes. I have had many frustrations with the app. Yes. I have posted them here. Yes. I have always been respectfully replied to and YES, I am glad to have found this exhaustive information site.

I honestly don’t know why you don’t get the option to reply to my comments, should be same as anyone else’s. I think with everything going on at the moment it’s a shame your games playing up, nice have it as a distraction so I hope they get you sorted, but like everything just now it may take a little longer than usual.
