EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES
Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.
GLITCHES & ISSUES
Clam award loop – doesn’t effect play but please let support know if is happening in your game.
Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.
HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT
There’s 3 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.
Go to their website and use the ‘Contact’ button: https://jamcity.helpshift.com/a/family-guy-the-quest-for-stuff/
However if neither of these are possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

Thugs
These are one of the little baddies this event, they’ll appear at Pt 2 of the main Questline and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just a simple tap and they are gone.
You can find them by looking on your sidewalks or by pressing the Squatter Button.
Simply tap one of them and it’s gone.
I am seeing up to a maximum of 8 in my game. But they seem to be slow in replenishing at this time.
The event rewards for clearing them are as follows:
Per Thug Cleared
1 Baseball Ball (Always)
1 Baseball Bat (Chance)
There you have the overall basics to get you started through the latest Event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

Has a bad crashing problem. Won’t stay open for me

Hopefully I’ve solved trying to post here (WordPress account doesn’t work so I’m trying FB).
Looking at this event there shouldn’t be any real issues unlocking the characters this week (unless certain accounts encounter bugs). However, there is no way we could possibly collect 1,290 baseballs to unlock/purchase all the costumes/buildings/decorations. Either this was intended and we are meant to only possibly get 1-2 decorations or the thugs aren’t spawning as often as intended (In my game it’s 2 thugs every hour give or take). What do y’all think?

Yeah it’s impossible to get that many even playing premium

I haven’t received any bats from character actions, all my bats have come from the thugs and even though I have received around 13 bats so far the drop % from thugs has only been around 21%, I’m not sure what % rare is. More exact numbers to follow in other posts.

I got very little Bats from the Thugs, so I was opposite

Funny how the Rare bats drop a lot more frequently than the Uncommon weights last week, isn’t it?

What character was that for?

I got the items for the baseball mits and hat but although it shows 2 items for each when I collect it only counts as 1 on the characters

If you do not have Mob Wife Lois I would not bother spending medals to unlock. her. As far as I can see she only drops baseball bats and these are already available from thugs.
I would also suggest a different order to unlocking buildings with balls than in the quest:
Home Team Dugout first, then the Nail Bat Shop, and only then the ‘first’ one, the Balls Out Batting Cage.
