I’m seeing the full event on the latest app versions, Android 2.4.2 and IOS 2.4.2.
I’ll get the Addicts Area post up and the overview post up as soon as I can but there will be a delay due continuing last ckdown internet issues.
But let me repeat the good news, there is NO unlock timer for Lounge Lizard Brian or Lounge Lizard Stewie!!!

I haven’t long a go restarted my game and have only just reached district 6. Will the options to get the Brian and Stewie skin for this event be available when I unlock them even if after the event finishes

Sometimes they go into storage waiting for you, but not always. However you won’t be able to play Phase 2 or 3 without having Brian & Stewie

So I have got Brian now and was unlocking parts for lounge lizard Brian. There is one part which requires stewie or buy librarian. There is no chance I will get Stewie before event end so what will be the currency for getting them after the event if they are unlimited
