If you have a PC / Mac then install BlueStacks or Nox (from BigNox) and play on there. Just run through the tutorial and switch to your main account where you’re able to.

The crashing and/or connection lost issues are not happening when using BlueStacks or Nox?

Sometimes it crashes when using the Conseula vacuum coin collector button, but otherwise it doesn’t affect gameplay.
