Android Update 3.4.0 – DON’T DO IT!!!

Update Version 3.4.0 is live on Android. However there is an issue with it potentially locking you out of your game so please DON’T update just now.

If you have updated and are locked out, you will need wait for TinyCo to fix this at their side,

    There’s an update available to version 3.4.1 in the playstore. Mine works now.

    Updated before I heard about the problem and got this every time I tried to start:
    Conifg empty for id td20 in FGEvent

    Uninstalled and reinstalled and have the same problem

    Contacted support and they want my game id which I can’t get because I can’t start the game. Nice.

    I got an email response that they have another update to fix this problem, although I haven’t seen it in the Google Play store yet (as of 4:45 EST).

    I was fortunate to have not have the update install yesterday, but then it did an auto install today. Fortunately the game is still playable for me. However, I read the release notes and it mentioned that this update “fixed” the send all Go For The Gold button – as in past tense. Does this mean that the send all button was already live prior to this update? I have never seen it nor does it appear after the update. There is also supposed to be a new collect all button too, but I don’t see it either. Based on an internet search, it appears that this is true for most players. Does anyone have the new Go For The Gold buttons yet?

    Ya updated on its own and now I can’t open the game. After things were finally fixed with all the constant crashing now i cant even get to a loading screen.

    Mine did an automatic update, but after deleting it, and reinstalling, it worked for me again.

    I do have an Facebook linked profile btw.

    Yeah this happened to me on my Galaxy S9. I re-downloaded it on my old Galaxy S7 and LUCKILY it still works on that. Just means now I have to carry 2 phones around with me until they fix it lol

    My updates occur automatically, so I am locked out. Do they have an estimation of when? I want into my game.

    Alas, didn’t see this until after my app auto updated itself while I slept.

    I have iOS and I did update and getting the same result as the android. It never was resolved from before. It’s the connection issue getting kicked out the game and progress is not saved. Plus also duplicate characters and missing costumes for Bonnie.

    yep locked out. Tiny Co’s reply, please send us your game number and we will reset it from our side. The game won’t boot beyond the blue screen, let alone getting to any player data.

    My phone was set to auto update so I got the update. I did change my settings since. But yeah it updated and I am locked out.

    Assume this is an Android only issue? The iOS version of 3.4.0 works fine on my iPad and phone
