Family Guy Addicts 
I wasn’t able to finish the Halloween event or participate in this event because the upgrade/update didn’t work on my device (Amazon Fire). I tried loading the game yesterday to check for any progress, and now I get a message that the game is not compatible with Amazon Fire, so I cannot even re-download it (I tried uninstalling it). Are any other users having this issue?
I did contact support again, but no response yet.

This is more of a random question – I have a few buildings (4 I think) that are still dropping anti-coins from the evil week event from 2015. Is there a reason for this? Is it a known bug?

I downloaded this game when it originally came out years ago, and then took a 4½ year hiatus, so there are a bunch of things I’ve spent the past month trying to learn and catch up on. Hoping some of you might be willing to help me out with this. What the deuce are the trophies for? Are they worth converting into 1,000 coins? And can I assume that I have to start the Quahog Historical Society with Rank 1 and work my way all the way up to (what are we at) 109 now? I don’t want to waste the trophies (or the coins), but I just don’t really know what they’re for.

The trophies get traded for 1000 medals and you use these medals to buy the characters/costumes in QHS Ranks

The historical Society is used to unlock old characters, you are only able to move onto the next rank when you have unlocked 3 of the characters from the previous rank, so rank 112 will be available but you won’t be able to unlock characters from it until you have unlocked 3 characters from each of the previous ranks, the trophies convert into 1000 coins and coins are used to unlock characters.
