Well.. to be frank… stuck… ive had the cowboy hat shop since sunday and havent had a single drop. Still need one more drop from the bull also but at least he spawns and provides materials. 3 days and only need 2 cowboy hats which i assume drop together based on previous events but if not Nd based on this drop rate im going to stay stuck until next week

Pretty much done with phase 1. I’ve already placed the Gold Mine and finished Skinny Cowboy Chris as well as Rodeo Clown Peter’s questlines about 2 days ago, and ever since then I’ve been waiting for phase 2 to begin. Am I the only one stuck in this limbo?
