    Defeat Carter soon. There may be a glitch but it dropped enough of an item to allow me to build all four of this week’s buildings and complete one of the new character’s drops. Just FYI

      Yes I highlighted this in the overview post, its helpful for last phase as killing him 5 times would be tough
