I decided to buy him since I really this events theme and he just looks so hilarious. Especially with the dangling feminine looking shoes. As well as since I loved this events theme I knew he would be a big help in achieving the other 3 characters.
For some reason the fact that his cloud pillow is yellow and the way it moves seems like he either peed the cloud (as Joe entirely possible) or is just being propelled by a wet fart (which again as Joe totally possible) lol. I wish it was a different color.
