Stopped receiving tasks on iPad. Now I guessed to launch the game on the iPhone – a miracle, the tasks appeared!

Not fixed. Still no quest line. Characters are just walking around with nothing to do

I lost my questline yesterday. I have no tasks in the task book. I expected to at least have the waiting for phase 2 to start task.

No quest jobs have triggered since getting the new Brian character.

It seems right now the quest will not trigger until you complete the daily quest.

I’m still in limbo. Support wasn’t very supportive so I’ll never finish this event. Peter stopped generating tasks after task 4…

I unlocked Multi-eyed Brian on my iPad and his quest didn’t pop. It did pop on my iPhone, so the problem with quests not triggering on iPads is still a problem.

Still not getting the main quest line, nor MultiEyed Brian quest line. I’m on iOS 15.0.1 with the latest app update v4.8.1.

Im gonna try this again, my game is not doing any questlines withe the week 1 characters and week 2 starts tomorrow so now i will be behind

I haven’t completed any quests today, but the Daily Quest didn’t show up on my iPad. It did show up on my iPhone, so I would say it’s not fixed.

I’m getting a Consuela error message while trying to log in, saying “please upgrade”. But when I click on “OK” to upgrade, it goes to Google Play where there is no FG:TQFS update available and it says “This app is no longer compatible with your device, Contact the developers for more info,”
It’s not THAT old a phone! Samsung Galaxy S5 if I recall correctly.

You can message support but it may be you can’t play on that device anymore.

I finished with Phase 1 on Monday and I didn’t have any issues. Is this about Phase 2 not opening? Also, I had an update today. If people are having issues with 1, maybe the update is mucking things up.

Hi, quests not triggering on iPad but ok on iPhone. When triggered on iPhone they appear on iPad.

Im having issues with the questlines. I dont have a main one or any for brians character that i got 2 days ago

Nothing is triggering for me after completing the task for Meg blob. I thought I had Peter in one of the other worlds, but have him available can’t work out why it’s not triggering…

That is a NO for me.
I completed pt 4 of the Monster Family Event a few days ago. Pt 5 isn’t showing up, nor any other new ones. Only quest listed is for earning Multi-eyed Brian.

I updated my iPad to iOS 15. Then finished Part 6. I did not get Part 7.
I installed the game on my iPhone, which has iOS 14.8
Part 7 started. And now it works on my iPad, too.

I thought it was fixed, but apparently not. I normally play on on iPad, and that’s where I was having the problem. I decided to try the game on my iphone, and when I loaded it on the phone, the Questlines all popped up. Not only this week’s questline, but the ones for recent characters from QHS that never triggered, and also the one for Blob Fish Meg, which had also gone away. When I reopened the game on the iPad, the Questlines were there too. However, after completing part 6, the Questlines again didn’t trigger on the iPad, and again came back when opening the game on my iPhone.
It may be a problem just on the iPad, or it might be a problem with the time travel building building. I have the building, but it doesn’t do anything in my game. If you click on it, you just get the spinning ring of circles and a 1 day non-moving progress bar. I believe both times before the Questlines went away, I had clicked on the time travel booth to see if it was working yet. I’ve never clicked on the booth on my phone. I’ve moved the booth to a far corner of my game (you apparently can’t put it away because it’s too “important”) so I don’t mess with it, and will see if that keeps the Questlines from dropping on the iPad.

Nope, no quests and no daily quests triggering at all. Blobfish Meg only had 1 set of quests, none for multi-eyed Brian.

I am running on iOS and Android. On my iOS iPad the questline has disappeared for a few days now. On my Android it is asking to update the app but then there is no newer update in the app store, so can’t even play on that device at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn’t fix anything.

Part 7 still not triggering for me. I finished part 6 this morning. Peter is in main Quahog collecting stuff. No updates on App Store. Just not starting part 7.

I reported this issue to support this morning and am still experiencing the issue, as of moment ago. Also have not heard back from support.

It happened to me and they fixed it, but as soon as I completed the next stage it happened again… I have reported it again.
It stops all quests triggering, including character quests and the daily bonus quest.
