CURRENT APP VERSION
Make sure you’ve updated to the latest App version for your device.
GAME NOTICEABLE CHANGES
None.
EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES
Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.
GLITCHES & ISSUES
Loading is extremely slow at this time.
Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.
HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT
There’s 3 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.
Go to their website and use the ‘Contact’ button: https://jamcity.helpshift.com/a/family-guy-the-quest-for-stuff/
However if neither of these are possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

Remember if you send more than one character to attack, which I recommend if possible, the damage your opponent does will be split across them. So if you’ve 2 characters fighting, they will be hit for 2 damage instead of 4, unless it misses or does a knockout blow then the damage will vary.
And another point worth mentioning about your character’s Health healing it only starts to heal once it hits 0, so if you’ve 4/8 Health it will NOT go back up to 8/8 over time, it will only start to restore once you’re at 0/8. You can restore your character’s Health instantly but it costs at least 64 Clams, so I don’t advise it.
Human sled
When you start the main Questline you will trigger these in your Quahog. You will have to wait for them to appear before you can battle them using the characters below.
Battling these is similar to the battles you’ve done in previous events. You will find the them wandering your sidewalks, you can either find them by looking or if you have a big decorated town use the Squatter Button. When they appear, tapping on one will bring you up the attack menu, which gives you all the battle information.
I’ve simplified the information from that screen below.

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events. Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a Jock Card.
Once you have one you will will find them wandering your sidewalks, you can either find them by looking or if you have a big decorated town use the Squatter Button. When they appear, tapping on one will bring you up the targeting screen. Simply move the Jock Card until the green target circle is on one to clear it.
I am seeing up to a maximum of 5 in my game.
The event rewards for clearing them is as follows:
For Each Cleared
5 Trophies (Always)
1 Beach Ball (Chance)
1 Hot Chocolate (Chance)
There you have the overall basics to get you started through this week of the latest event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.
I haven’t gotten 1 snowboard in over 48 hours. Eeeesh! This same thing happened a couple of events ago. No drops for a Quagmire, so I stopped playing. Then TC added a character at the end for additional drops. But I was done by then. What the deuce!?

Getting Snowboards looks like the hangup this week. Even though it’s the first building you get, the only other source is Carter with an 8 hour drop. So far, I’ve gotten 1 in the first 24 hours of this phase. Doesn’t bode well for getting 20 total.

New build is out, for iOS at least, I got 5.4.4. Notes appearing in newsstand mention ‘competitive leaderboards’ functionality. Any info on that?
Also, any guess why they have to release a new build to get a new splash screen photo? I mean, the Noir event was how long ago? And now to just go back to the default. Sigh.

It’s a new leaderboard being tested with some players. I don’t see it so can’t give any info.

When I went to the FAQ to see which characters were used this phase at the bottom of the list it said “Speedskater Quagmire”. Any idea what that’s about?

I’m guessing something to do with the Quahog Tournament leaderboards which I don’t see in my game.
