This game is nearly unplayable. Characters appearing from other questlines, buildings showing exclamation points with no ability to click, 3 weeks with no speedups. Support is fairly worthless at this point.

I’m on part 3 of phase 2. Cool uncle has yet to appear. Still waiting for a response from support.

      Go back to them, also if it’s possible to only have small sidewalk, do so and tap around it, make sure he’s not there but invisible, that’s happened previously

        I went back to them. To fix it, they gave me two different quest lines to complete. And he finally appeared. I always keep only a small sidewalk in the center of my town. Learned that a long time ago. Lol
