EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES
Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.
GLITCHES & ISSUES
Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.
HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT
There’s 3 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.
Go to their website and use the ‘Contact’ button: https://jamcity.helpshift.com/a/family-guy-the-quest-for-stuff/
However if neither of these are possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

Father’s Day Resort
Here is where you will spend the event currency you collect while playing the game to unlock Buildings & Decorations to use to further your game play in the Event.
Here are the items you can unlock this week…

Desert Oasis
Here is where you can exchange your Antacid Oil for Divorce Documents.
This is the exchanges I’ve seen in my game so far:
8 Antacid = 3 Divorce Document
9 Antacid = 3 Divorce Document
12 Antacid = 3 Divorce Document
14 Antacid = 3 Divorce Document
nagging wives
These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events..
As usual will find they wander your sidewalks, you can find them by looking there or using the Squatter Button.
Now with these you can clear 4 with 1 Divorce Document, so my advice is to put down just a small area of Sidewalk and they will gather in that one small area making it easy to clear 4. Once you have at least 1 Divorce Document tap one and then place the target over them and fire.
I am seeing up to a maximum of 16 in my game.
The event rewards for clearing them is as follows:
For Each One Cleared:
10 Beer Kegs (Chance)
1 Diamond Ring (Chance)
party FRANCIS griffin
This Boss will trigger as soon as you start part 2 of the main quest line. This is your Main Boss this week. You will “Fight” it with Ghost Dusters to defeat it to the highest level possible and obtain the most prizes.
You’ll see it wandering your sidewalks with a timer above its head.
Simply tap it and you’ll see the level requirement trade and rewards. Collect the Ghost Dusters necessary for the battle then hit, eh, “Fight“.
Here is the general breakdown of cure costs and rewards.
1X – Requires 1 Ghost Dusters
Rewards – 35 Beer Kegs & 1 Straw Hat
2X – Requires 3 Ghost Dusters
Rewards – 35 Beer Kegs & 2 Straw Hats
3X – Requires 5 Ghost Dusters
Rewards – 45 Beer Kegs & 4 Straw Hats
4X – Requires 7 Ghost Dusters
Rewards – 55 Beer Kegs & 8 Straw Hats
5X – Requires 9 Ghost Dusters
Rewards – 65 Beer Kegs & 12 Straw Hats
You have 24hrs to hit him to the highest level you can before he will rest (cool down). His cool down is 2 hours.
Please note when he returns he will be back at 1x unless you’ve used clams to wake him at the level he went into cool down at.
There you have the overall basics to get you started through this phase of the latest Event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.
Used 80 clams for Tom.

I agree with you, BigDaddy. This is the first Questline that I may not be able to complete in a while – not without spending a whole lot of clams. Herbert and Stairway to Heaven are drawn out too long to complete the item grab before noon tomorrow.

I have to say that this is the first Questline that I probably won’t be able to complete (earning Dad Tom). The times required to get a few of the last items are way too long such as the stairway to heaven – 8 hours? Really?
Of course, I can always expand more clams – I smell conspiracy here.

Worst of all are the drops for the Baseball Rulebook. 6 hour Herbert task, and a ridiculous 12 hour building task. Also, not “common” at all. This is going to be the holdup on getting Tom Tucker for me. Almost got enough ghost dusters for a full streak run on Francis, so after that’s done, I’ll just be waiting for the books. Without using speedups, and not spending any clams, but it seems that this week is going to be very difficult for free players, unless you can spare the time to check the game every 4-6 hours and just grind through it.

I’m finding baseball mitt drops are anything but “common”.

Yeah, very poor drop

The logistics on this week are back to pure fantasy. The drop rates on items needed to do anything or get Tom are ridiculously low. I complained to support and they gave me some mitts to try to get the building that is needed to get items for Tom as Tom is one of the three characters that can get mitts. Seriously, do they keep notes? Like, we’re putting a fresh coat of paint on that event we ran just a few weeks ago, what was it that got screwed up then and everyone complained about? Can we do that again? Yes? Good! We like hearing from our players!! (What I imagine it sounds like on the zoom call the game devs are on each event planning session)

I was told some of these events issues would be getting fixed. I’ll wait and see, I’ve a note of few things I’m hoping we’ll see addressed in future events
