EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES

Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only TinyCo can fix this so let them know through your game support.

Backup Dancers show an item they don’t drop.

GLITCHES & ISSUES

Season Pass VIP Prizes disappearing. Please contact support.

Season Pass XP not being increased by Pearls collected – I’ve reported this to support.

Being forced to Alternate Lands to put characters on tasks – reported this to support.

Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.

HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT

There’s 3 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.

Go to their website and use the ‘Contact’ button: https://jamcity.helpshift.com/a/family-guy-the-quest-for-stuff/

However if neither of these are possible, then you can contact support via email. The email address to use is – support@jamcity.com

Red jelly bears

These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, it’s just a simple tap and they are gone.

After you find these during an investigation you will find they wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button.

Simply tap one of them and it’s gone.

The event rewards for clearing each one is as follows:

For Each One Cleared
15 Chainsaws (Always)
1  Candy Corn (Chance)

Slasher cat

Here is another new battle, it’s similar to what we’ve seen in previous events.

Basically you need to find them during an investigation. If you find one it will appear over in the top left of your event area. Please note before you can attack it you need to repair it. Tap on the hammer to do this.

Now the heart meter level has been different each time I have found him but this might vary in your game.  To defeat them you need to get his heart meter to 0.

Now you’ve 24 hours to fully deplete his heart meter, and you do so by attacking him with:

Character: Candy Killer Chris
Damage: 4
Time: 3hrs

Character: First Victim Peter
Damage: 2
Time: 3hrs

Now once you get their heart meter to zero he will vanish, you will get your rewards and then start exploring areas to find him to attack again.

The rewards levels I’ve seen are as follows:

Heart Meter 2 – 15 Chainsaws & 1 Bleach
Heart Meter 4 – 30 Chainsaws  & 2 Bleach
Heart Meter 6 – 50 Chainsaws  & 3 Bleach
Heart Meter 8 – 60 Chainsaws  & 5 Bleach

***Remember as I said there may be other Heart Meter Levels, but until I see them in my game I can’t give any info on payouts***

There you have the overall basics to get you started through the first phase of the new event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

  1. Under Slasher Cat, you show the second character to attack with is First Victim Peter. Is that supposed to be First Victim Cleveland?

Because as far as I can tell we have yet another full event with nothing for Peter to do, the one character who cannot be stored in Tan Lines for easy retrieval. If he is sent to QHS, it is insanely difficult to find him, or at least can be when over 600 characters are there earning gold. I usually just send him on his day long task and only have to deal with him once a day.
