I’ve not been around, had lot going on that’s kept me from doing any of the things I enjoy. Also sorry to report nothing new is happening in the game, but I’ve reached out to Jam City to ask if there’s any plans to add new content or to end the game. I’ll report back when there’s anything I can share with you.

Saturday Night Peter – anyone else not getting coupons from Bouncers? The only option it is giving me is to buy them through the mystery box, but the online help says we should be able to get them from Bouncers.

Hey, SG, I hope your craziness settles down a bit.
TBF, even though I still play this game regularly, it’s felt a little like a chore, with repeated events and no new content.
But I wanted to ask if anyone is still paying attention…is the current event (Lizards and Lairs) bugged?
I didn’t think that much about it until I reached Pt. 7 of Week 1.
With a “Take Down Evil Wizard Carter” task.
But this action requires 4 Fire Resistance Potion items. The thing is…there’s only 1 action that yields this item: Make Barbarian Peter Start Combat with NPCs. And Barbarian Peter is behind a paywall of 270 Clams.
In other words…Week 1 can NEVER be completed unless you are willing to shell out 270 Clams for Barbarian Peter.

maybe not the correct place to post this, but have any of you experienced what i believe is a glitch: in current event (lizards…) i have purchased a vip season pass to get new characters, namely minstrel bruce, but i have reached his amount of collected points, yet after clicking on claim, it has not appeared in my game…such a shame because it cost me a lot of clams but up to no avail.

It would be great to see more new events as I haven’t played in ages. The other thing that puts me off playing is the excessive loading time. It feels like they are going to pull the plug but hopefully I’m wrong.

Also, sorry to say but I no longer believe what they say. It’s been over a year of repeats and although thats all well and good for newer players, the older ones are being lost. Perhaps that makes sense to the developers… get rid of the old and get in some new… but would be a bit more respectful to the older players to just be honest and tell us that there is NO new content coming.
They ‘assured’ us last Summer that there was new content coming but how long does this take? When they released new stuff every few weeks for a number of years its hard to understand why this might be taking so long.
So, again I would urge the developers to be upfront now as actions speak louder than words and no new content in over a year tells us all we need to know. Personally im only hanging around launching the game twice a day to send all add the missing characters from QHS. Long and boring and tedious saving up the astronomical sums for the characters but keeps the embers smouldering. Once im done… no new content like many will force me to leave.

Even though I’ve been playing for many years I still find the historical data useful from time to time.
In my convo with support last week they did say they were working on “new” content but they were repeating events for the time being due to “many requests” to do so by newer players.

Support has been saying for a while that the development team is working on releasing more content. However, I’m not sure if “more” = “new.” We’ll see I guess.
Also, support did confirm that they will not be adding more levels to QHS. So, if you’ve unlocked all 133 levels, that’s it. And if you’ve unlocked all 133 levels and have previously completed all the old questlines that they keep repeating, there’s really no reason to keep revisiting the game.

I appreciate that youve stuck around like you have. ive been playing this game for a long time now. i think my first event was a little before The first Quahog Anime Con. Its been years. lol. I love this game. Thanks again for all your help. Family guy addicts has been a long time go to for help.
