Hello There Butt Grabbers!
Well true to form…TinyCo has another something in store for us this weekend. Before we get to the NEW stuff let’s just get one quick PSA outta the way. TinyCo released a new update on Android Devices (v 1.0.12.1) be sure to hit up your Play Store and download it. It would appear it’s just fixes for some glitches…and it’s slowed the mummy spawn rate WAY down. Before they were slightly out of control.
Again…this is ONLY on Android. (No word if/when on iOS).
So onto the new stuff…
There are some cool looking sarcophagi in the game now. One resembling Brian and the other Stewie. So just what are they?

Family Guy Addicts 
The best way to accumulate IDOLS (not butts) is to keep the game open- the pyramid is releasing 2-3 mummies per minute- leave it open while you watch evening TV or while reading or studying for a few hours. Every 10-15min, collect mummies. As long as the game is open, your Quahog will fill with mummies. It helps to disable your screen-timer setting on your device (called “auto-lock” on iphone under “general” under Settings- turn it off to “never”.) You might want to leave the device plugged in.
I gained 6,000 idols yesterday, and (I think) I am well on my way to getting all of the prizes in time.

Getting more clams than invested is a nice change but I’m guessing odds on that are extremely low. The 25 clam is a definite no as other than clams the rest of prizes are attainable through normal play for free eg I have 10000 butts now so can buy evil monkey statue. 120 is too dear for the other prize gamble.

I’m on iOS and I’m sorry i updated before I checked here. Decreased mummies and Misery Boxes in the shape of Sarcophagi? Urgh, pass. I only have 13,000 Butts and I don’t see how I’m going to hit whatever the max is before event end. Not that I care for the prizes, mind you. But the decorations you can buy with the idols are kind of nice. (I want that koi pond!)
Does it annoy any one else that there doesn’t seem to be a way to go back through Peter’s journal entries? GRRR, I missed reading a few.
I actually unlocked Cleveland before I unlocked Tricia. Those stupid eyeballs WOULD NOT drop for me. Kind of disappointing that Cleveland’s only task on level one is for 10 minutes.
Any word on character levels going up? Several of my characters are maxed out. Waste of XP.
