Well after the update mummy’s no longer spawn for me unless I’m literally on the game. I been off almost 6 hours n came on n there was none, but the mummy’s do spawn 2-3 bout every minute if I’m on. Which I prefer the way before. But I just stayed on for about ten mins n got almost 200 idols. But it’s quite boring sitting n waiting for 2 a min. Much rather have em all over, collect , get off. Is anyone else’s like this?

Yep, that’s exactly correct. The mummy’s now no longer spawn if you leave the game. I got 0 when I opened the game this morning, after having it closed overnight. What gives, TinyCo? Why must it be one or the other? I don’t want to have to leave the game open all day. This pretty much sucks.

I clicked on the cryptic capsule and it took out 120 clams as if I clicked on the sarcophagus. So pissed.

I’m enjoying the game, I like it. But I feel that this event is worse than the Easter event from TSTO. It’s all one big clam drive without a real payoff. Once you unlock Cleveland the fun factor plummets.

Opened the Cryptic Capsule and “won” the Evil Monkey Statue. Wasn’t sure it was worth 25 clams -.-

If you dicide to get all treasures from the royal sarcop you will need about 2500 clams, for 2500 clams you will get ( what didt i get for it )
2 badonkadonk super shines, 2000 butts every 18hr’s,
4 ponds,
2 deserts,
1 turntable,
1 dancefloor,
750 clams,
15000 butts,
Its all a gamble ofcourse but i got lucky i guess, it costed me 2500 clams – 750 refund = 1750 clams.
Now go try to get it for less 🙂

Ummmmmm no. They’re getting ridiculous with the clams. Also tapped out has already made me wary of anything with a “chance” attached to it so spending real money for no guarantee of getting anything sounds just stupid to me.

Well to all of our clammer junks ( like me ) it will cost you 1750 clams to get all treasures from stewie sarc, I paid 1750 clams and i had the next items: 2 mega fart temples ( 4k butts every 8 hr ) 4 ponds, 3 deserts, 1 discofloor, 1 discotable, and a 750 clams refund ( total ) and about 15k of butts, in totall it costed me 2500 clams but since i had lucky with a totall of 750 clams refund it costed me 1750 clams. Now you know that the gamble rate is good to get it all for a reasonable price.

Yeah I just got it n gambled a few times. Got the dj n 3 floors but that’s wat I wanted. Well n the huge shrine. But I got 250 clams on one too. Now that I kno the last 2 prizes I’m not to excited neway. (I got a hockey on my friends list that has em) but the swordsman is bout the coolest n I don’t wanna spoil it for anyone but maybe the writers can email me n make a spoiler post? I got pics n everything of the last 2 items.

I didn’t even know I was missing out on this till I happened to play on my droid. Gave both a spin and ended up with the rare item from Stewie’s sarcophagus. The animation on it is hysterical and it pays 2k booty every 20 hours.

Does anyone have an idea when the next storylines related to the event will be going live? It’s getting a bit repetitive doing the same tasks over and over in order to get the prizes without some characters talking to make it interesting.

The update is indeed “waiting” in my App Store. But, I think I’ll take a little detour on my way to pick it up. If it was fixing any gaming issues (that hindered my gameplay), I’d be all over it, but since I see it as yet another “pledge drive” for clams, I’m choosing to walk on by THAT repetitive “song and dance”. At least for a bit. 😉

I really wish I hadn’t downloaded it Friday night on Android… I shudder at all the clams I missed out on over the weekend with the scaling back of the mummy drop rate.
