Good News Everyone!

Hello There Clammers!

Long time no blog post, eh?  But how about Russian Tigger.  Is she doing a fantastic job over here, or what?

Popping in with some good news for a Sunday morning….

Following popular demand…we’ve launched Futurama Addicts! (so apparently you guys can peer pressure me into doing more work…)

Yes, that’s right, I’ve lost my mind!  But, what else is new?

So join us for the “fun”…or slow TinyCo torture…and a trip around the world over at Futurama Addicts!  Like TSTO Addicts, but will likely get canceled in its prime. 😉

You can catch us two different ways, same great site, FWOTAddicts.com or FuturamaAddicts.com.  Either option will bring you to the Addicts fun!

Keep in mind, it’s still a work in progress…so content will be added continually until we’re all caught up. So patience is appreciated! Oh, and if you’re interested in writing for FWOT drop me an email Contact@FWOTAddicts.com, we’re always looking for more writers! 🙂

The Future of FutramaAddicts….

Hey Guys!

Just a quick note…as I know many of you are asking if there will be an Addicts site for FWOT.  I can tell you as of this moment there will not be one.

I’ve been able to play the game a bit.  I’m not a fan.  It’s a regurgitation of TQFS, with different graphics.  Sure there are a few cool elements to it (I really like the Space Missions and fight element..but it contains everything I hate about TQFS, and subsequently why I stopped playing it (TQFS).

I had high hopes for this game and was really excited about it when it was announced. But after watching some YouTube videos of game play and getting the chance to play myself, that excitement bubble was busted.

So while I would love to launch another site dedicated to helping the awesome Addicts community..I cannot write about a game I don’t enjoy playing.  It just becomes a chore for me, and that’s not worth it.

That being said, if there are any Clammers out there who would love to write about FWOT and just want somewhere to cover it let me know.  If there are enough of you I’m happy to provide the space for you to write, and setup some guidance.

Greek Life Walkthroughs: Neptune

Hello There Clammers!

Week 3 of Greek Life has hit…and you know what that means.  Time for a brand new questline to work through!

Two new freemium characters (well costume and character) were introduced for this week. Neptune and Billy Finn.  They’ll popup with side quests once you’ve unlocked them….the side quests aren’t required to be completed to move onto week 3.  They’re just “filler” to keep you busy in the game.

Greek Life Week 3: The Freemium Perspective

Hello There Clammers One and all!  Today’s very special Helper post comes to us from Cassandra.  Cassandra has in the past written posts about the Freemium perspective of the game (most recently her thoughts on week 1 and week 2)…and we thought, “what the hell, let’s do it again!” So here you go you crazy rascals…enjoy!

Hey week three Phi Beta Freemium pledges!

Have you advanced to week three play yet? Once again I had to wait until Saturday morning for enough Ambrosia to unlock Tri-Bri and advance myself.

A tip: Don’t sent Tri-Bri on his quest line task right away. He has a task in the main quest line that needs to be accomplished and that can’t be done if he’s tied up doing something else for 12 hours.

I didn’t hear anything back about my fat-finger purchase of Hades’ fraternity house so I suppose I’m just going to have to write those clams off as a loss. I did enjoy the extra boost in Soul Scrolls though, so there’s that. Not having to wait is good.
