This silly lil Nature Weekend Event: Take 2 is about to leave our games. Just to refresh…
IT ENDS TODAY, THURSDAY, JUNE 4th, @ 3PM PACIFIC TIME
With the Nature Weekend Event leaving our silly lil games, just wanted to remind you to take advantage of all the items available to get before they’re gone.
DECORATIONS
Pungent Skunk (Walking Decoration): 75 Clams
Ravenous Raccoon (Decoration): 30 Maple Leafs, 2×2, animated
Ice-Capped Mountain (Decoration): 20 Maple Leafs, 5×5
Bear Warning Sign (Decoration): 10 Maple Leafs, 1×2
Camping Tent (Decoration): 8 Maple Leafs, 2×3
Wooden Canoe (Decoration): 4 Maple Leafs, 1×4
Tree Stump (Decoration): 4 Maple Leafs, 2×2
Sizzling Skillet Hot Spring (Decoration): 10 Maple Leafs, 3×3
Backyard Bird Feeder (Decoration): 8 Maple Leafs, 1×1
RUPERT MYSTERY BOX
You can locate the Mystery Box at the very front of the Featured Tab in your Shopping Cart Menu.
Rupert’s Mystery Box is full of items for the S&M Cow as well as Maple Leafs to buy all the cool new Decorations (except the Clam Skunk). So make sure you use all your Pinecones you gathered in the Mystery Box while it is still there.
Mystery Box Items:
2 Hay Bales (Needed for S&M Cow)
2 Maple Leafs (For Event Items)
2 Milk Pails (Needed for S&M Cow)
4 Maple Leafs (For Event Items)
2 Branding Irons (Needed for S&M Cow)
1 Ball Gag (Needed for S&M Cow)
S&M COW
If you have placed the S&M Cow into your game, watch the 7 Day Timer… you will have until the time runs out to earn all the items you need to unlock it and get it in your game.
This means you could place the Barn in your town today BEFORE the Event Ends and still have til that Timer runs out to earn the S&M Cow. So keep a close eye on the time to know how much longer YOU have to unlock it in your game.
Here are all the items you need for S&M Cow:

8 Milk Pails (Uncommon): Pinecone Mystery Box
10 Branding Irons (Uncommon): Pinecone Mystery Box
12 Ball Gags (Uncommon): Pinecone Mystery Box

Still waiting on confirmation if any will continue. Most likely, any with Event Items linked or needed will not continue. Will update if we hear more on it.

If I unlock the cow before the time is up do I still have the remaining time to get the limited time items are do the items gonaway after I unlock it.

I was pleased with this event — not rushed as many are, and 4 hours between tasks. Beats having to log in every hour as some other events really need!!
I did manage to get one of everything without any stress. Turned out that it wasn’t a big deal to hold off on Quagmire’s quest until after the event (thus letting him gather the most pine cones possible) because even after the event was over that quest was still available to continue. I’m always bothered by quests with an urgency to get as many of some item as possible, only a couple of people are gathering that thing, and then a quest comes along to pull one of those people away for half a day or even a full day, which you never can spare their time to do. Not a big deal here!!

I guess i should have checked here to find out the last day. Didnt use my leaves for anything yet except a couple of quest items. Why do they always keep us guessing?

Keep you guessing? How do you mean? The end date and time was set from start of event.

Always check the in-game faq section of support – they include the end date of each event. They did say when it ended when the stuff for the event first appeared in the game, but that could be easy to miss while in hot pursuit of stuff…. 🙂

Aw. I’m glad that they still let you get the cow after the event ended (otherwise I wouldn’t have unlocked her; found the last item with 14h remaining), but I apparently foolishly assumed that her timer showed how long the event lasted, when actually it finished 12h earlier. So I lost a bunch of maple leaves I would have liked to use on something. Oh well.
I still wish they’d make events for regular people who can’t play every waking (and sleeping) second.

my boyfriend doesn’t have S&M Cow unlocked! He just needs 6 or 7 more ball gags, but now since the event ended yesterday, Bruce, Mort, and Quagmire cannot collect pinecones anymore?!?!…He has almost 3 days left still to get him! Am I missing something here? Lol Bunny or Alissa do you know if they’re gonna add back the tasks for the pinecones?!(All of the questlines in his game disappeared as well,except for “Beef! It’s What For Dinner Part 1”-Have S&M Cow swat flies)
…I don’t have this problem because I unlocked S&M Cow a couple days ago. Ehhh and I kinda think it’s not fair for the players who haven’t got him yet because they still have the timer going.. 😒

The tasks disappearing was fixed quickly after even ended. They should’ve been right back. If not, restart the device. Contact TinyCo if still an issue

Didn’t know the mini event finish date & was waiting for their courtesy reminder notice so I could buy up my extra items. Lost a lot of saved maple leaves 😦 oh well. I was just being a piggy and getting duplicate items anyway. Non-frustrating event, very pleased 🙂

This was a great mini event. Not stressful at all. I got everything I wanted (and event some things I didn’t). I was able to snag 3 raccoons (short 6 leaves for the 4th). Hopefully other mini events follow this style.

I’m annoyed cause crisis at work left me unable to use leafs to purchase, but then i did get 3 more pin ones from completed tasks that also disappeared! Would like events to end later for us working stiffs. Basically last day is lost unless folks want to risk their job!
Got little Red Sox booties for Baby bunny though 🙂

The only questline I still have open is the “Beef..” quest. The others were finished before event expiration. I hope the next one-is just as fun-and not stressful!

Funny how in the help and support screen it says anyone with the timer still active for the cow will have the needed materials available to finish crafting…..
I can’t send quag Bruce or mort to gather pinecones and I have time still active on the timer… BS

It’s nice to look at the quest tab and not see anything there. Time to relax. At least for the next 24 hours. I plan to not check my game until tomorrow afternoon. Unless something is posted here about the next event/district starting.

Really appreciated all the ‘always’ drops. The ‘rare’ and ‘uncommon’ drops seem needlessly tedious, so I liked that if I had the time to put toward it, I could get it. It was all up to me to get, not to some random number generator deciding if I get a drop or not after wasting 20 hours.

This was a nice, relaxed event and I got all the leaf items,,plus a couple dups just to spend the remainder. I’m hoping we’ll get a week-long break so people can catch up on standard quests and districts, but something tells me the mafia war starts at midnight or not long after! I’m just building the dog pound and I get the feeling Vinny will be very useful in a mafia war, ha ha!!

I really enjoyed this event. I was able to get most of the Deco’s (freemium) except the warning sign. Since I check in with the game about 3 times a day, I feel that was great. I want to thank the Addicts for giving us a place to make requests and get good advice. Also, a thank you to the “gamemasters” for listening to our requests.

I am operating under the assumption that since I have the cow that my event ends today at 6 pm my time. So I dumped all my leaves into decos. I got a mountain, 3 bear signs, two hot springs, 4 stumps, and 2 racoons. These were in addition to the required buys of tent, canoe, and bird feeder.

I just started playing this game so i don’t exactly know how it works. I need one more ball gag to get the s & m cow but bruce, quagmire, and mort don’t finish their pinecone quests till after 3. I have just under 4 days left on my barn; so what happens? do i have to spend 30 clams for the one ball gag? can i still send my guys on quests till i get the ball gag?

Per TinyCo…No. (Also noted in here) If you still have time left on the S&M Cow… it will continue collection AFTER the Event. So you still have under 4 days (or w/e your timer says) to get the Pinecones and try for the Ball Gags. 🙂

I actually really liked this little event. It was fun and NOT stressful like their events usually are. I had no worries that I wasn’t going to get everything I wanted, which was a nice change of pace.

This was a cute lil’ event. I got all the items, and two raccoons and two tree stumps. My favourites were the cow, the raccoon, and the pungent skunk. 😊

… to level 13 every time. Great. The connection issues are back.
This really was a nice, relaxing event. I never felt pressured to watch the clock, and I thought the pinecones-for-giftbox was an interesting change from the norm.

Nice little event. None of the decos were that great for me (the raccoon was cute, but I don’t need more than one), so I’m going to have tons of unused leaves.

I really enjoyed this event compared to the part one bird peter; I felt like it was a lot more laid back in getting all the cow’s items. Actually finished getting them a few days ago. So it was really nice to be able to have enough time to finish all the quests for a change and collect the leaves to buy the decorations…got them all, just going for another mountain range, would be nice to have another racoon but I don’t think I’m going to have enough, since I think I’ve only gotten the 4 pack of leaves once, maaaybe twice and I do all three characters prob 3/4 times a day….
