He has multiple tasks to help drop Materials. Chestnuts (Common) 3hrs, Magic Hats (Extra Rare) 4hrs, Elf Shoes (Common) 5hrs, Toy Cars (Common) 6hrs, Gumdrops (Common) 8hrs.

I’m seeing just like everyone else they are showing “closed”. Awaiting verification on this myself as I did not see any notes to them ending before the event. It may just be in error.
I will update the post as soon as I hear back from TinyCo.
UPDATE: Just got done talking to TinyCo, this was in error and will be resolved when tech gets back in the office. No worries, it shall return til end of Event. 🙂
I blame Meg and the Shenanigans she got the crew into for New Year’s. 😛

I noticed that Super Spy Brian is available to get again. What if you have him already? My buildings are collecting the items for him but mine is doing a battle in the tank. If I don’t collect the required items will I lose the one that I already have?

Are we expecting a “boss” feature as in the past? I’ve seen posts to that effect on another site – not sure if they have the inside scoop, though.

Lol. Hence why just posting the coding from the game files does nothing but spark questions. Also the main reason why I don’t post “spoilers” from said coding until that item is live and verifable in the game. 😉
In short, there looked to be a possible Boss Area (you can see it next to Santa’s Bakery in the North Pole… metal Square). As far as will it be used? That I do not know. I think they wanted to focus more on the issues in North Pole with disappearing items and maybe it impacted the “Boss Battle” too. Whether or not they will still utilize it and still bring it into play in the last remaining days of the Event is a mystery.
With this game I have found that things change daily and sometimes hourly, so I never try to make assumptions nor provide information unless I can verify it live in my game. Right now all we can do is wait and see if the Robot patch will come into play or not. If not, MEH… plenty other items still happening in the game. Many still trying to catch up. 🙂

You just come here and woalah…..problem solved. So make THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR KEEPING US IN THE LOOP. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BUNNY GET WELL SOON, it seems like you’ve been sick for a month, i for one would be lost without you and all the hard work you allisa and wookie put into the 2 sites. Thanks I’m tryin. I fell really ill about a month ago. It was not a good thing at all. It’ll still be a couple of months recovery before I can feel sorta like me again. Hopefully meds and therapy will help me continue to get stronger. I’m a fighter so won’t give up so easy. 🙂

Thanks for the update, Bunny.
I think it’s kinda pointless for the last two characters (Rambo and Snow Spy Brian) to give presents and currency to spend for presents when most people who get those chracters have almost no need for presents by the time they get them. If I could trade prsents for medals, it would be quite useful.
Maybe a suggestion to them for next event? I know they want to give more casual players a boost near the end, but the players who unlock these characters most likely don’t need said boost.

I agree. Not sure what to do with Spy Brian, I might buy him on the last day once I’ve depleted all available spy watch cycles.
But also I wonder when the final battle phase against robot elf will trigger because otherwise there’s no real use for Spy Brian and Rambo… And what the rewards for this will be – probably more medals. But – The clock is ticking…

My thoughts from the get go… companies like EA and TinyCo don’t go through all that trouble to create an entire new Character to NOT give it away. I always see an adjustment made to “Community” Play so all prizes are rewarded regardless. I think we are all gonna get a lil God into our lives…err… games. 😉

Welcome. And thanks… I just have to laugh. People say they just came to this site, but their first posts are to complain how I help others? Yah, then I guess My Helpful Site is probably not where they want to be. This is just one item I helped with in my usual way. Same as we do on the TSTO site. I offer a LOT of support and help all the time on many items…both sites… I don’t need to nor have to explain why or how I get that help/info every single time I write a post. It is also not my place to tell TinyCo what they should or should not do. I can make suggestions, but I can’t MAKE them do things on THEIR sites nor THEIR game… it’s theirs. That would be ridiculous. It’s ungrateful and disrespectful to think otherwise or complain I didn’t force them to do something. People like that just really need to go somewhere else. Take their negativity with them. It may be accepted on TinyCo’s Sites… but not mine. It’s unwelcome here. 🙂

My leaderboard and the cumulative medal count are back up! The count is over 33,000,000,000 so it looks like the medals earned during the hangover recovery were counted as well!

How do you know as you have “talked to tinyco” you aren’t officially affiliated with them. Grant it it’s a glitch but we have no clue as to if earning medals is still counting towards the grand prize. This is year two God could be missed. I have defended this company for years and I’m just not going to anymore. With technical problems days ago and I still have received no word, I’m glad you were able to “talk” to them… *insert eye roll here*

So… I am here on MY site helping Players with my contact abilities to Game Houses, as I have always done since before the game launched almost 2 years ago… as I have done on BOTH our Addicts sites… and you choose to come to MY site and complain that I am helping with answers to concerns instead of having gratitude for that help? Ummmm… sure… cuz THAT makes sense.
Instead of coming to a helpful site ran by someone who is taking PERSONAL time out of her life when the doctor ordered bed rest and NO WORK, REST INSTEAD to help other fellow players… show a bit of appreciation and respect for what I do… or feel free to move along. Just sayin. 😉

I have direct contact to them. It is how I can access information quickly to help Players with this site. That way I can relay information to thousands of Players at once vs you waiting for them to go through Thousands and Thousands of messages one at a time. It benefits everyone that way.

Though I did send them a message about the leader board as soon as I saw the glitch and they responded literally a minute later. Granted, they don’t always do that, but they’re normally good with issues that affect everyone.
Also, merry Christmas and Happy new year Bunny. I know this isn’t really the place to put this but I’ve haven’t been on this site (or the game) much this past week or so because of the holidays. Hope you had a good holiday and got something good (like a well deserved break from life maybe). Also I’m not sure if you’re still sick, but if you are hope the new year brings you better health (hell, even if you’re not sick I hope that happens). Keep on clamiming on and…that about wraps that up.

I think my message to them woke them up from their New Year’s Eve Party comas. Lol. There is always someone on call for “game wide issues”, even if they aren’t in office… so I sent out an “alert” as soon as I saw the jump in comments with the issue. They got right back to me “On it!”
I can’t help with the Player by Player stuffs, but I do what I can for the Community wide impacted issues. Glad they are on it.
And thanks, with the constant Trolls still spilling over on the site I do appreciate readers such as yourself that “get it” and what I do here. As for my health… I am still alive, so that is good. 😉 I hope to get well over the next few months with meds & therapy. This Bunny doesn’t give up so easily. I got people to help. 🙂

Glad I found this site Bunny, even though when I have written Tinyco they have gotten back in a reasonable amount of time. I think some people like to gripe. Keep doing what you do most of us appreciate you and what you do for us.

No I can’t provide my insider contacts to ANYONE I speak with. That would be direct violation of the standards and trust I have worked hard to established over the last 15 years with all of them. That is like asking someone that knows a celebrity to hand out their personal contact information to anyone I meet. Or someone on an embargoed movie set to go hand out video and scripts from that legally protected movie. It is a HUGE violation of trust. I would never again have any trust from anyone I deal with in the Gaming, Music, or Movie Industry. No thank you. That is not worth it to me.
Again, I get that you are frustrated if you want something taken care of, but to come to MY site and take it out on me for helping others in a way I can is ridiculous and completely disrespectful not only to me, but to the Community we have established with our Addicts sites. Be respectful to what I CAN do to help others, or go somewhere else. Plain and simple.

Meh. I let them through today only to basically tell them to go away and they’re no longer welcome. I just laugh at them all. It’s sad and pathetic. I mean seriously. People go to a helpful site to complain that the site is helping??? WTD??!! It’s a complete riot. Then of course their comeback is I magically somehow work for the company because they don’t like my answers. Something that couldn’t be farther from the truth… so much so that that another Galaxy wouldn’t even be close… again… just laughable. If I worked for all the companies that I offer helpful sites for (Music and Movie too), I would have roughly 18 different jobs, have offices all over the world, and with the standard pay each company would offer… be a multi-billionaire. I guess my bank account is broke as it only reflects the one paycheck from my medical job. How very odd huh? Lol.
No worries, their comments will no longer show up on my site… since, you know… I am just so very “unhelpful” to them. They can go back to TinyCo’s Facebook page with the rest of the Trolls. 🙂

Some people have no idea how such sites work and so leap to strange conclusions. They also might be very young and gullible, so they believe whatever some conspiracy theorist may say elsewhere. Also might have no experience with a moderated site/discussion and get annoyed when their rantings are rejected. But without such moderation, this site would degenerate fast and it would be hard to find anything useful in the comments. This has been a problem since the olden days when discussions were all via e-mail (no web). The negative people and those trying to use every vulgarity in their thesaurus take over if they’re not kept on a very short leash. On one of my professional group discussions, the list owner (equivalent to site owner here) reminds people periodically that she is inviting us into her living room and so her house rules apply. Play nice or she’ll call your parents to pick you up… She shuts down any discussions that violate her rules, whether because they are too off-topic or just obnoxiously worded or attacks on other posters. Anybody who doesn’t like it can start their own discussion list (or in your case, they can start their own site).
Anyway, it’s obvious to anybody with more experience that of course the game developer is going to give you a fast track to contact- you’re observing comments from many people and reporting problems to them in a helpful way (and also telling readers about their response) that saves them loads of time. You’re not just a regular gamer reporting just your own problems. They would be stupid not to do that with you and anybody else who is doing anything similar and can act as a conduit for information in both directions. It doesn’t mean you’re on the payroll or represent the company. It just means you run a very helpful site, are very observant and articulate, and know how to summarize and report in a useful way.

Because A) When she gets answers, she posts it here for thousands of players to read, so TinyCo doesn’t have to answer the same questions over and over. B) Maybe she’s polite and respectful when she writes to them, instead of whiny, needy, complaining, yadda yadda yadda.
