Let’s jump in to the main things I am seeing over and over asked or reported in the comments section.
SECRET SPY BRIAN’S PRESENT TASK
I am seeing several reports now that this task is telling you to spend clams to finish it. Or once you send him it takes Clams from you. This did not happen in any of my test games. I did make them aware of it. Anyone having this issue, it would be helpful if you could send me a screenshot of where you are seeing it asking for the Clams cost to be able to perform his “Romp in the Snow” Task.

SANTA’S HQ GONE MAD!!
Several reports now that items are resetting or completely skipping in Santa’s Headquarters. Thanks so much to those that sent images. TinyCo is aware of it and looking into the issue.
Essentially if there is a Character in the HQ you are working towards, like Veteran Herbert or Fighter Pilot Quagmire, it skipped them and jumped to the Buildings beyond them to unlock.
I am also seeing this impact Secret Spy Brian too in that collection for him restarted if you already had him. So once again, buildings are dropping Materials and even though he is greyed out… materials are continuing to collect for him.
As they are already on this one, I will update once I hear a solution back on it.
Outside of the already ongoing issues, these are the two NEW main ones I am seeing. Will continue to keep an eye out for anything else. Hang in there. Even though I may be more silent during my illness, I am still keeping an eye out for my Fellow Players and am reporting issues to them. 🙂

I’m on sarah conner’s quest: tough gal pt3. I need to have bonnie flirt with the pool boy, but that isn’t showing as one of her options.

TinyCo if you’re reading these comments, I would love an extension! With all the issues throughout the event, I feel like I’m a little behind. Just got Brian and sent him on that 24 hour task, which won’t end until after the event…unless of course you extend it…!!! Pretty please?

I tried to read through this and see if my issue is addressed and it might be in some way. But I have the quest for the last building in Santas hq. But it’s showing up as expired.
Also any thought what’s going to happen with all the extra presents. I have thousands?

Quest was supposed to time out. It will go away eventually
They’re just extras. Be happy. Many Players are still struggling to get them.

Dani’s issue sounds like the second issue you mentioned above (in the scecond photo). Although the building that drops 20 medals is not claimed, the timer already appears on the last building. I had the same thing and today the message changed to expired although I still hdnt gotten the building ahead of it. Just claimed the 20 medals building since I’m only 100 gifts away from the 1400 needed and can’t get the last building because it’s expired but the timer shouldn’t even have started yet. I let support know via the game and am keeping my fingers crossed they find a fix before the event is over. Barely holding on to my spot in the top 5000.

It’s same for me. The thing is that I never even had a chance to trigger it! First it was shown as “locked” and next time I enter the HQ after getting the Elf Warehouse – it’s “expired”!

Is there any reason to keep collecting Presents after you have everything you want from the HQ? Are they going to be used for anything else later?

I still have not unlocked district 4 or 5. Anyone else so far behind. Oh well…..maybe next time they wont make an event so big.

I was able to get through district 4 fairly quickly thanks to a backlog of presents stockpiled while stuck in district 3, so I got to district 5 surprisingly fast after that. Just stick with it and make sure you prioritise doing tasks in the main questline.

Not necessarily a glitch, but poor planning on their part. I am trying unlock Quagmires costume and am about 200 presents away. I can’t get him however because all of my options to create presents except for 1 require elf shoes. I can’t get shoes because I can’t get the helicopter because Quagmire is blocking it. But I can’t get Quagmire without having the shoes.
Seems like someone has been reading a classic novel about war.

I got a different glitch than what I’ve seen listed, unless I missed it. When I crafted the last item in this past weeks update, the one that rewards medals,50 I think, I messed up and sent it to my inventory. When went to my inventory to retrieve it, it was there so that was all good, but I also had every item from sky net to the bakery, to trees, candy canes etc. now I hadn’t ever earned or purchased any of those items as I was trying to keep up with the event so I skipped the hard items. I did contact tinyco and they have been in contact with me but not sure why it happened. I didn’t place any of the things I hadn’t earned and as of moments ago they are still there. On a second note thanks to you ladies for this site and I commend you for continuing with all the grief you must receive that hasn’t anything to do with you all. A few events ago I was so frustrated with this game that it was no longer fun. You all were the voice of reason,and gave me a new outlook on this little diversion from life. I play when I play, I earn what I earn, and although I don’t play constantly anymore, I read your site daily so again many thanks.

I have noted this in comments all over. When players had a glitch hit that made their Buildings disappear, they were “gifted” additional Buildings too. So you will see these other Buildings arrive in your Inventory.

So I have a grey square that when tapped says Super Robot Elf but there’s nothing there. We’re we supposed to be attacking it like the Borg and Stay Puft and Yeti etc? What gives? It feels like something won’t wrong and they scrapped so much. Like the Stewie gift box, the statue is next to the Brian one in the camp. Did they get overwhelmed by trying to make the event system so complicated? Simple and back to basics might be the way to go from now on.

My thoughts… if it is broke, don’t release it. So if it will just cause more chaos, I would prefer them to NOT put it in the games and just leave it out. 😉
What may have worked in “theory” 3 months back when they put the idea of the Event together may not work now when it is live for all Players, so they can/ have/ will make changes based on how it functions once the Event is actually live. 😉

I’ve searched and searched everywhere, I’m not finding anything on Hotel Rambo pt. 4. It says I need to place toy assembly line, I believe it was the timed one for 1400 presents, I didn’t get it. Why is it still showing in my quest list? If it’s a glitch no worries, but am I missing something? ?

It should have timed out. No worries, it will most likely go with the Event End.

got a response back from TinyCo.,saying they pushed a fix for the Veteran Herbert being locked up glitch. So everyone needs to RESTART their devices if this happened to y’all!!!

I just reported this in game but I figured that you’re (Bunny) usually in the know …so……
I think you’ve probably addressed this but I gotta ask anyway since my games virtually @ a standstill right now . I just starte level 5 & opened Santas Workshop & 2 items are available & 3 are locked , the locked & greed out ones are the ones I need to move forward , Quagmire, copter landing pad & Brian, the other 2 I 4get the names , but I bought 1 & the other has a 24 hour timer running already! Help a crackA out, Wadda I do!!

Lol… so… same “glitches” in this post? All you can do is wait. They are working on resolving it. Restart your device and see if it is back to normal now. 🙂

Yes yes Brians task did have a glitch in it for me too. It cost me 50 clams without realizing it to start the task last night. When I went to put him on the same task tonight and it told me I needed to buy more clams to complete this task (which hadn’t even begun yet). I was getting a little frustrated thinking that they had made this task pay only until I read this. Thank you so much by the way for keeping this page up and going!!!! So I messaged them to see if I could possibly get a refund for the clams that the glitch cost me.

Yah, I am getting building drops for all the items for Brian, even though I have everything but the watches, but since I am basically done with everything but the watches for Brian, and I did not see a downside for the items dropping, it did not really impact me. I am also trying to see how many useless presents I can get from the raids, otherwise there is no reason for me to sign into the game except to clear the buildings for the watches.
They did drop the final challenge, though:
Clear 16 Misfit Toys
Have Snake Plissken Tame the Mullet 4 Times
Attack the Veteran Herbert Fight Olden Style 5 Times
Attack the Santa’s Workshop 6 Times

Yet another glitch. LOL. About the time the weekly challenge dropped, Spy Brian became available in Santa’s Shop; the items needed to unlock him also started dropping from the buildings. I used clams to claim him early and have been using him for some time now.

I am more curious how we are going to get more watches for Spy Brian? Considering the only places to get those for freemium players are 12 and 14 hours long.

I know. I have done all I can do on my end… so it is a waiting game.
As to the “boss battle”… I am assuming it may have been pulled and possibly reworked IF it is still able to drop into the game. Otherwise, it may have been a secondary cause of glitches so not launched at all into the live game. Have seen that happen before. They’d rather pull it then mess with it. Meh. Still lots of other things going on for many Players.

What is max level on the pontoon? I’ve been struggling to take it all the igloos and finally paid a few clams to finish off the upgrade so I could, but I’ll once again required to have all three characters top even take out a single igloo. At this rate 5 will be impossible seeing add I need 30 wreaths good one level.

Pontoon? I can only assume you are referring to the Blocko Hovercraft. All the Vehicle levels are essentially coded into their Strength from what I am seeing. So if it says /220 Strength, Level 22 seems the highest. I have not tested this theory as of yet, but that is what it appears to be.

District 1 has only been paying out 9 medals and district 2 only 16. Both I have maxed out level. I message TinyCo about this to see if that is suppose to be normal cause they were paying out more.
