Time for MORE re-released Characters/Costumes to hit our silly lil games. Again available for various ways to obtain. Earn for, Mystery Box, or Direct Clam Purchase.

Let’s take a look now at the next batch of Characters/Costumes.
Players will need to be to at least District 5 in order to be able to see these Mystery Boxes.

Detective Scrotes (Character): You will find him in your Shopping Cart Menu and be able to place him for FREE in his cage in your Quahog Street. Once placed you will see the Materials you need for him.

Best of 2015 Volume 2 Mystery Box: 125 Clams. Here is the list of Characters/Costumes you can get a “Chance” at in this Mystery Box.
***Keep in mind what you get will depend on who you already have live in your game as well as who you have already unlocked in the Districts. These are also a “Chance” Mystery Box, so your results will vary on what you get out of it. Of course the more you already have live in your game, the less you will have in the Mystery Box and a better chance at getting them. No repeats of course.***

Family Guy Addicts 
I opened Mystery Box Vol. 2 because I wanted steroid stewie and I had a 50/50 chance of getting him. Of course I get Mob wife Bonnie instead, but I went ahead and did it again because at that point, I still wanted the Stewie skin. Once I created both, a side quest line for Mob Wife Bonnie began, but nothing for Steroid Stewie. I just wanted to confirm if that was the expected result? I thought there might be a questline triggered for Stewie too, but if not, that’s all great, still happy I got him.

In the store today, I tapped on Death’s mom, which said was free and nothing happened. Now not available. Please help.

I’d like Tomik to go with Bellgarde, they’re both funny guys. He was originally in a mystery box, so I passed on him during the previous event as I won’t gamble on those but sadly 180 clams is too much. It’s 76 more than I have, anyway, so still no Tomik for me!

I have a huge issue. I already had GUDG, Detective Scrotes & Deaths mom so I started on the Don right away. I got all the pieces from GUDG & Detective scrotes & was able to click the checks above the Don. Now, I just got my last ticket from deaths mom to unlock the Don but everytime I go to click the checkmark above the Don the game crashes. I tried a bunch of times & it always goes back to deaths mom with her task finished, I click on her, collect the ticket, then go to unlock the Don & crash! HELP! I only have a little over a day b4 he disappears!

Thanks I just read this. I did check your posts b4 I asked lol. Do you think I’ll still be rewarded the character eventhough the lock is stuck & only have a little over 12 hrs left. Already lost him once during the mobsters event crashing debacle. I was overjoyed to see the Don again! : )

Others are starting to state the patch hit. Did you try to restart your device and collect on him again?

Yea, a bunch of times & I only have 20 mins left. I actually tried on my phone & tablet. Arghhh (btw thank you for all or your generous help). I just hope I don’t lose him : ( And I did report it as well.

Since the beginning of this event I have only got one beard trimmer. Am i the only one that is not getting any drops on this? I have peter quagmire finn Hartman Brian and esther. All going round the clock and still only got one item.

Does anyone know if Manic Pope will be available in phase 3? I was unable to get him as the 24-hour timer came and went without my knowledge.

I juuuuust missed Mr Washee Washee during the Mobsters event but I know one of his tasks required The FatFather Mobster Peter costume I believe? I may be wrong, I’m hoping to unlock him once I buy some clams as I’ve got his building since May as a reminder of how I screwed up and missed out on unlocking him in time

Seems like I got more plutonium drops for blimp during Christmas. I haven’t gotten more then two a day now since it ended, and I have 5 characters working for plutonium.

Hi all, anyone heard of this fault. I’d already unlocked all three characters and sent them to get the required items. That’s now complete but when I confirm the rings it crashes by either freezing or going to a black screen. Then when I reload it’s back to the unlock screen with the tick over the ring but crashes again should I try again…..
I’d never unlocked the Don during mob week so that’s not the reason.
Can you advise me of a fix at all Bunny & co?

I’m having difficulty with getting the rare items for Don Carleone. I’m really upset that there’s only one person on the job for a rare item that you need four of and for me, in less than a day. I’m not going to get him. One of the characters I actually wanted from the Mafia event. I can never get a break…

If you won’t unlock Greased up deaf guy, Death’s mom and/or the weird detective before ‘the best of 2015’ -event ends, will they stay in your quahog anyway?

No. These are Event Only releases so they have to be completed before it ends.

Well, I won’t be able to get GUDG because my internet is acting up and the game won’t connect to it. Besides that, most items needed for him are rare and I only have one character who can do each job.

Detective scrotes dropped, but the actions are so long for each of his items, with epic frequency, I’m wondering about the deadline myself for the Don

Trying once again for greased-up deaf guy….and once again the drop rate for grease is terrible. Do/will they ever up this rate? I have sent the two options in every available time and to date have received ONE tub of grease.

Already finding it incredibly hard getting GUDG. It’s really the grease that’s killing me. After a day of running continuously with just Brian and Joe I’m only at 4/25. I already have 6/8 hard candy and they’re supposed to be extra rare. Just wish there was more than 2 chars who could get grease (excl. Premium chars, I’m really not interested in robocop).

I have Mr. Washee Washee, but in order for him to help collect grandma glasses, I also need Good Guise Beanies, which I don’t have and isn’t for sale in the shop. I’ve messaged TinyCo about this since I feel I should be able to use Washee without being required to have a building from the event. This will also be a problem for those that get him in the Best of box and don’t have the building.

Let’s say Death’s Mom gets released into our games on Monday (or earlier) and we take until Wednesday to collect what is needed for all three, has there been any confirmation that the three-day timer for Don Corleone will extend beyond Thursday’s event end date? Or do we need to clam-rush everything to make sure the timer starts prior to 3 PT Monday so we have all three days to collect for Don. My hope is like some past events, as long as the timer starts prior to the end of the event it will run beyond the event. The grease for GUDG and donuts for Scrotes are going to be a grind with only two characters collecting for each.

Just steroid stewie,mob wife Bonnie, and slasher cat left in the box for me. While I kind of want the latter, don’t really care about the former two so I think I’ll pass.
Hopefully with all those characters the epic drop item won’t be too bad. Having eyeball flashbacks now.

I think it is only really possible to collect enough items if you have some of the other characters that can help you collecting, because I still don’t get even close to getting enough materials for one of the three… So it is a bit of a pretend game I think. But I will continue and see, maybe by We’d I get stuck least one of the three, fingers crossed!
