Not sure this is the best place for this but I wanted to share my experience of the In game technical help. I had a problem unlocking greased up deaf guy, I had collected all the items but when I tapped to unlock my game would crash. I messaged them In game and they messaged back saying they would push a fix, it didn’t work but after another message to them they pushed a fix that worked. The whole problem took less than an hour to sort out, I am delighted with their speedy help, also a quick thank you to everyone on this site I never post but alway check for new walkthroughs – I wouldn’t get anywhere in this game without all your help 🙂 xx

Best Of Vol. 3 just dropped. I bought Jack, who is at a great price of 50 Clams. I’m still hoping for 1 more volume to drop with Donna and Roberta, since that Thanksgiving Event was too short to get them. I’ll spend Clams for them.
As for Star Wars it was okay. I’m a huge Star Wars fan, but Disney played it way too safe rehashing moments from Episode IV-VI. I know Star Wars like to call back situations, but they did it too much. Disney should be building the SWU, not reinterpreting it. It was tough for me to warm up to the characters at first, but after a while I grew to like them by the end. Mark Hamill was the best actor in the film even though his screen time was brief. His emotional facial expression spoke volumes.
Yay, as I wrote this I got the last Donut to get Detective Scrotes and got 35 Clams to finish the set, so Jack was pretty much free.

Was a kid when the original movie came out and felt obligated to see this one. Was okay but not worth all the hype. Though maybe I’m not one to talk as I was meh for Avatar and had no desire to see Titanic, so maybe I should relinquish my nerd crown (clutching it in my little hands mumbling my precious”.
Really do have to find the time for H8ful Eight. Really wish the snow/cold would go away (it was -20F here on the weekend).

It seems I must be one of the few people who isn’t really interested in seeing the SW film. I saw the ohter 6 movies but I never felt really attracted to the saga; not my type I guess. I did enjoy the FG satires though, especially the first one. And I’m not a cinema person either. My eyes are too sensitive and cinema screens always end up tiring my eyes. A 2h+ film won’t be good!
About my week, this week it’s been a year I’m doing acrobatics. You won’t see me in the circus any time soon and my flexibility isn’t good enough but still I’m getting better and stronger every day. I’m really happy with my ‘new’ hobby 🙂

Anyone else getting the tubs of grease really slowly considering their only uncommon? I have more beard trimmers than I do grease! AndI realize that there is more characters that can get the trimmers it still seems odd to me. Only have 5!

I am on the Fighter Pilot Quagmire quest at the moment. I thought it was hilarious that Herbert thought Quagmire looked like a “skinnier-legged Launchpad McQuack”. That was a perfect reference! I was a huge fan of both DuckTales and Darkwing Duck when I was a kid, Darkwing Duck especially.
When I was in Disneyland last year (in California, as we don’t have anything Disney related at all in Australia), I wore my adult’s Darkwing shirt (that has all the main characters on it – Darkwing, Launchpad, Gosalyn and Honker). So many (hundreds of) people (both cast members and the general public) stopped, admired and commented on my shirt, telling me how much they also loved Darkwing Duck when they were a kid – my friends / family were shocked actually at just how popular my shirt was. I think it may be due to the fact that Darkwing is a really obscure character in Australia now, as he has not been seen for many years and people seem to have forgotten about him (although people still seem to be aware of DuckTales, as that was also very popular over here). It made me sad though that I did not see one single thing related to him whilst I was in the park, the costumed character does not appear anymore either (or extremely rarely, as I was told). Darkwing or Launchpad were the only characters that I really wanted a photo with. 😦
It was not just in Disneyland that people commented on my shirt though, also when I was in Hollywood I was stopped many times as well. My sister actually ended up saying “wow, your shirt is a real conversation starter”. I was very pleased that so many Americans also remember the character so fondly. 🙂
I also collect anything related to Darkwing Duck – statues, collector cards, figurines, posters, anything at all really. I have a snow globe as well (the only one that was ever released for the show). I actually go a little crazy when it comes to my favourite cartoon character (Darkwing) – or anything related to him. This is why the reference from Herbert to Quagmire has been the best reference in the game so far (in my opinion). I loved it! 😉

I absolutely loved the new Star Wars movie. I felt like a little kid again when the music and scrolling recap started. It made me laugh and cry and filled me with excitement for the next chapter. Then I was surprised with the BB8 phone controlled robot as a holiday gift and my cats love it as much as I do. 😉

Not a big “gotta go to the movies” fan, but, there are some that are a MUST see. Star Wars is one of those. It was my first 3D movie experience and I loved both the movie and the sensation.
Another must see for me is anything by Tarantino. If you are a fan, then ” H8ful Eight” is for you. Samuel L. alone is worth the price of admission. Try to see the 70mm version. Breathtaking scenery.

With the insane amount of star wars promotion lately seemingly pairing up with everything from make up to Chex Mix, I am honestly surprised Disney has not approved TinyCo the rights to do a Star Wars event. They seem to be handing out rights as promotional opportunities right and left. It is still my dream event for this game and there is just so much to do with it. Bring Rey to our games!!
As for the new movie I absolutely loved it. Daisy Ridley as Rey and John Boyega as Finn were absolutely perfect. Also LOVED Adam Driver as Kylo Ren. Unbelievable casting this time around compared to the prequels. Just thinking about those Hayden and Natalie Portman scenes rolling around in the grass still make me cringe.

If you haven’t noticed that it also says Fox on the load up screen and Disney and Fox aren’t really on good terms which stems from Fox owning the rights to anything X-Men/ Fantastic Four related and driving it into the ground and not wanting to give the rights back to Marvel. So I wouldn’t expect anything Star Wars related for a very long time if even at all.

I am a massive Star Wars fan and I was sceptical at first when they announced more films. I wanted more, so long as they didn’t ruin the series. I also died on the inside when Disney scrapped the EU, I get why, I just hated that move. I went with my brother and three of our friends to the midnight screening on the morning of the 17th(we got it a day early in the UK), it was only half full which surprised me. We wanted to go for IMAX 3D, but the only one nearby was fully booked really quickly. 3D was still good and I got two of the special glasses, can’t find anywhere in the UK selling the others. I did enjoy the film, I feel that it was a very good film, but I felt that it was lacking a certain something that would have made it a great Star Wars film. To be fair, this is difficult in that they had to write completely new stories without having something to go towards. Lucas wrote the OT as one and split it up to make films, so they already had the full story. The prequels were going towards the transition to the Empire and so had to fill the rest of the details, but they had the overall aim of the trilogy. The new films are going with no other known points so it is all new, even if lots of it was very similar to the original, and one character seemed like a complete ripoff of one of the original EU characters. I won’t mention names as I imagine some still haven’t seen it. Some proper new ships would have been nice too, instead of a series of small changes. I hope that the next films feel more like SW films for me, I think it was probably due to the fact that they had to introduce everything without moving on too quickly. Now that the characters and themes are somewhat established, I hope that they will go back to more traditional Star Wars. I also never got why so many people hate the prequels so much. I much prefer the OT, I feel that parts of the stories were a bit stupid and obviously some of the characters seemed to add nothing and just seem like bad ideas, but I enjoyed them. I would probably say that I do love them, a fair bit of that is that they are Star Wars, but I don’t think they are as bad as people make out. To be fair, the vast majority of people I see talking about it don’t have a valid reason, they just don’t like them because everyone else doesn’t. I was tempted by the Sphero BB-8, but I don’t think I would be happy to pay as much as it costs. It looks fun, and I like that they are updating it with new features, but I think I would only get it if it was quite a lot cheaper.

I agree with you about I-III. They are really fun films! I’m the type of person who goes into a movie with the mindset that I’m just going to enjoy it for what it is. I rarely find a movie so bad that I don’t like anything about it, or have to go on and on about haw bad it is. I just don’t get the hater attitude.
My Disney vacation is coming up and I’m psyched! I love the SW ride at the Studios.

I agree, I don’t mind if people don’t like films, I just see a lot of hate for the prequels in particular, and the majority of people don’t have a real reason for not liking it. Some people actually say what they don’t like, but a lot just seem to dislike them because everyone else does.
I hope you have fun on your holiday! Is the Star Wars ride the planetary tour ride? I’ve never been but I remember seeing that it was closed and then opened again after it was renovated. We are hoping to go to America next year, I haven’t been before(well, I went as a baby so I remember nothing) and we are hoping to go Disneyland. I think there are several theme parks around which should be good. I have enjoyed some recent Disney movies, I did like Frozen, didn’t love it but it was quite good, and I enjoyed Inside Out. I get to see some because my younger cousins love them, so I imagine I will recognise a few of the characters and things, but some of the older films from my childhood would be good and I think that the rides would be fun.

Yes, you go to 2 planets on the ride, but other things happen and everything is random. There are lots of different characters, places, and scenarios. There are two parks at Disneyland: Disneyland itself and Disney California. Plan for 1 day each and try to go in the off season. Then head to LA for Universal Studios—another 1 day park in the off season. There are some websites that have crowd calendars to help with this. Undercovertourist.com is my favorite, but their California parks calendar isn’t up until later this year, just Orlando for now.

Sorry for the massive posts. One thing to add, I did think it was excellent as a film in general, it just didn’t feel like an amazing Star Wars film to me and quite a few people I know. I think a lot of that is because I was skeptical at first, but then became very excited as new trailers came out. The day itself was very fun, I finished college early and my friend was a bit later, so we all came round and played Battlefront(glad they are finally giving more content for single player, I got that it is more of an online game, but it would have been nice if they had said just how little there is for offline players) and watched ROTJ. The day was a lot of fun, and being at the cinema for the midnight release felt great, I have never been to one before as I have never really been too interested in seeing a film that early but I think I will be doing it with them for the other five films. I was a bit disappointed too that the music from the trailers wasn’t in the film. I really loved that music, I like the actual soundtrack, but I wish they had included those pieces. I imagine a lot of my disappointed feelings with the film were small bits here and there, and because all of the excitement and build up was over. The film was different to what I was expecting and I think I would love it if I saw it again. I would be interested in seeing it again, but I always worry that it would ruin the film if I saw it again in such a small period of time, not to mention it was very special going at midnight.

I did see Star Wars and it’s definitely the best since the original trilogy. Maybe even better than Jedi. But of course I’d have to watch it a dozen or so times before I could make a true comparison. 🙂

I also loved Star Wars! Everything about it was great down to the unexpected cameos. Did you notice Daniel Craig? Can you believe that other person I’m not naming got paid 7 figures for just this movie?! Did your jaw hit the floor when they revealed that Leia really shot JR Ewing?

I insisted on seeing the first day 5:30 AM show just to avoid spoilers, not have to deal with the huge crowd, and not lose much sleep or any work. Others grumbled, but agreed with my logic.

Normally… me and my cousins n other fans rent out an entire theater, dress up, make a HUGE night of it with giveaways and fun… but alas my health wasn’t gonna let me go, so I had to wait til I was well enough to go and snagged the first morning showing on a weekend. It just snowed so maybe 15 people total there. I snuggled in my blankie on the comfy recliner chairs and enjoyed. Didn’t feel like 2hrs 30 mins… until the “Lord of the rings walk to the spiders cave” scene. 😉

I hope your health improves soon. You mentioned you’re in the health care industry and travel a lot; if you’re coming to NIH soon–I’m consulting there for another month–or ever in the general Rockville region, let me know!
