Family Guy Addicts 
First, I like to add, the second week for this football event has not been very helpful. Like one person who commented here, I now have three requirements needed to move down the field, instead of two. TinyCo, you should have left it at two requirements until freemium players have finished the first act (which I’m assuming is winning the first three games). I’m still stuck on game two now, just to gather resources (helmets and weights) because of the next issue.
For the second problem (and I only remembered this ) is because some people have commented on unlocking Rob Gronkowski because he would drop weights, which obiviously has been proven untrue. Well, I remember now where I saw the weight icon next to Gronkowski, and it was on the pop up windows that come up asking you to buy Tom Brady (because he can provide football helmets) and unlock Gronkowski (there was an icon of the weight to the right of his picture). It didn’t say he would always drop the weights, but I recall that the picture had this. Of course, I can’t prove it now, the pop ups have been replaced with Cam Newton now.
Now for my third problem. I need to gather one set of gloves, and of course it takes two linebackers to bring down the required person, which requires two sets of jersey to gather. The first time I’ve did this, no gloves. The second time I did this (and of course I can’t remember which linebacker I tapped – they moved around), I send two linebackers on to tackle two different football players, and now I have to wait to gather more resources. TinyCo, should have designed this a little bit better.
After this event is over, I think I’m done with the Family Guy game. The Simpsons Tapped Out is way better.

FYI… I screenshot everything and have not seen a pop up like the one you are referring to. I only see ones I’ve seen are with JUST Tom Brady… then later JUST Cam (only the Premium Characters). So if one like you say does exist with Gronkowski and someone can send it to me, I can take action on it. Otherwise, every single screenshot I have never showed the Weights from him that people are saying (and I have over 3000 screenshots so far of EVERYTHING that popped up in the game). In the meantime I will keep looking. 😉

Super frustrated with the second week of football fever! I still need few weights to beat game 3, but now I have 3 requirements instead of 2. Fine. No biggie really. BUT one of the requirements is to collect not one, but 2 pairs of gloves. I only have 2 ways to collect gloves right now, 4 hours a piece. Supposedly “common” drop. Not so common. I have spent the past 16 HOURS trying to gain 10 YARDS! AND spent 10 clams rushing the tasks just to hit the football player and have it not drop any gloves! Spending 16 hours and 10 clams and still can’t get the second pair of gloves just to move forward 10 yards is infuriating. After it didn’t drop any gloves I sent Lois and Bruce yet again for 4 hours to get jerseys, and neither of them dropped these “common” jerseys. Again! So frustrating.

Feel the same way. Staggering the quests has made no difference getting gloves or jerseys. First it was the helmets. Now that they aren’t needed, BAM they are an always drop. Twenty hours spent sending Sherman twice to get energy drinks and nothing. How the heck I will ever get over 30 for Bonnie and Game 5 is beyond me. The amount of time this game requires you to play to actually get anywhere is too excessive. People have lives and can’t be logging in every 2-4 hours to progress.
Lastly, why are none of the premium characters voiced? If I’m going to spend $10 I expect that character to have all the bells and whistles. All this nonsense about paying licensing rights obviously doesn’t apply to athletes.

I really don’t understand TinyCo. Like many others, I have not been able to update the game for the Football update since it launched. I finally got in today – not with their suggestion (which only came after I pinged them a second time for an update), but through my own fumbling around with settings. When I asked for some clams to try to catch up for the lost 5 days, they claimed that it was Google’s fault and that apps weren’t being updated (this is utterly false since I have updated over 20 apps & games for the last 5 days).
I’m just trying to play fair. it’s already like a 10-20% chance of finishing a quest as a freemium player. with a 5 day delay due to their technical issues, it’s impossible.

Has anyone actually got a leaderboard prize yet? When I last checked, I qualified for the second and third place prize but got nothing after the event. I’m not sure if somehow I didn’t place or if tinyco just hasn’t handed out the prizes yet. I already ingame messaged them but still no response.

Some of us who played freemium and got into the bracket for the 2nd & 3rd prizes have not been given our prizes as TinyCo has labelled us cheats as they wrongly decided freemium players couldn’t get that many medals. Alissa has a plan she is going discuss with Bunny to hopefully get TinyCo address their mistake.

Same with me too. This is strange as I always play according to the rules and be awarded with what I had earned.
I agree with the comment that if Tinyco expected us to pay for clams then they should only be for freemium and not giving false advertisement. This certainly will damaged their reputation.

Anyone had any update from TinyCo on us players falsely accused of cheating because we collected more medals that TinyCo expected freemium players to collect? How on earth can you, Bunny, build a community round the game when long term players like myself who contribute to this blog are treated like this.
P.S. Hope you’re mending Bunny, I have this vision of you looking like Scrump from Lilo & Stitch.

Yeah, I’ve had a few reply from them still saying it is impossible without spending a “Significant amount of clams”. Well I call bull crap on them, can’t even figure how many is possible. Maybe ill wear them down eventually. Trying real hard not to get angry with my replys to them, but they sure as hell ain’t getting anymore of my money. Not that I’ve spent a lot on it. But I agree with Shelly, we need to stop giving them money for just like 1 event and the just might change their tune. Who knows? It could happen

They should easily have the ability to look at a persons game and see where the medals came from. My guess is they don’t care to do so since they just keep saying those numbers aren’t possible even with quite a few of us that were able to do it. Seems to me they don’t want freemiums doing well on the leaderboard and so they’ll just not give us prizes and call some of us cheaters outright or just ignore us and hope we go away. I’d say if they don’t want freemiums on the leaderboard they should make people pay clams upfront to participate and/or just don’t make leaderboards available to freemium games like they often do with the weekly 24 hour challenges. Or just ban us from the boards at the start.
At this point even if they change course and realize (or admit, rather..) that we didn’t cheat or do anything wrong they’ll say it’s too late to award prizes and they can’t do anything after the fact, like they usually do.

WTD, why do players who are unhappy with the gameplay or technical issues buy clams before the issues are finished? I have $50 Google play credit that was given to me specifically for the game but I refuse to give tiny co money until they make their customers happy. I hope you all do the same, and voice that to tiny co. They are getting so money hungry. They won’t listen to us or fix things because the same people who complain that the game keeps crashing, glitches, etc are buying clams as soon as they can get in the game.
WTD, why don’t they have more information about the game on their FB page. They only post about the new theme for the mini quests and don’t engage with their customers.
WTD, I think leaderboards are only in place to “catch cheaters”. Leaderboards are the only time cheaters are brought up. I’m upset that a bunch of you are being labeled a cheater for playing fair and spending time and money on the game only for them to tell you there is nothing they can do. Such BS.

I as well have not received my prizes, have messaged tiny con,but not holding my breath on a response! I am pizzed off about it , because I woke up every 4 hrs to play and spend 100 clam’s or more (that I saved up from watching TV ads & Jesus) Also family guy app has gone from play store ,has it been banned for cheating its players?! Hope bunny will be hopping about soon in other words hope you get better soon🐇

Wow just got a message from tiny con! Saying rank that I got didn’t win a prize? Which is weird ’cause rank 2672 I should get Chugg’s? (I know I finished higher up but the screen shot I have from 22nd Dec is the latest. I kept raiding up till the very end of the event and remembed cracker HQ & Chugg’s saying qualified ,but the leaderboard ended 2hours early than the game so I didn’t get a screen shot of my final total.

Leaderboard competitions simply are not fair. The game does not run cleanly on all devices. The game is often buggy and is so memory-intensive that it crashes at the drop of a hat. Cheating is apparently easy and common enough that TinyCo has to police the leaderboards and kick people off (sometimes unjustly). And numerous people, including myself, get locked out for days with no compensation or reparation offered. TinyCo, please stop using leaderboards. Why not just offer prizes for in-game currency? In the last event I had thousands of unusable presents, thousands of unneeded bells, and I still have over 13 million coins (which really ought to be the primary currency of the game) and no useful way to spend them.

If some people are getting characters unlocked for free, which is fine that they acquired them as such, without getting all the items then Tinyco needs to go back and give them to everyone for free.

From what I read TinyCo reduced the required number of items for the characters to bypass a crash on unlock bug.

WTD? Still waiting on leaderboard prizes, and absolutely NO response from tinyco from any of the ways I’ve reached out to them. I had about 8700 medals, some clam spending, nothing at all in terms of using glitches/exploits/etc, no cheating whatsoever. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point, especially because they haven’t responded AT ALL.

WTD; Gutted new FG Season is moving from BBC Three (no ads) to ITV2, another UK channel with low viewers, yet it will have more adverts than we get Clam based ones. Hope your Op is successful btw Bunny, x

Why can this game just give you a a character instead of making you collect a lot of item to unlock it and to collect the items needed it takes soooo long be cause only one or two characters are able to do the jobs to unlock that person I hardly play anymore for that reason

Don’t often do a WTD concerning the game, but it’s got to be TinyCo messing up leaderboard prizes. I’m one of those who got over 9000 medals playing fair, I didn’t spend clams, well I spent 5 during even, but I spent a lot time on game, battling day and night as my sleeping pattern was even more disrupted than normal. My reward for playing the game as it can be is to be told it’s impossible get that amount medals without spending clams, well TinyCo you got this wrong because I did. They can see our games, see they aren’t hacked yet have labelled us cheats. I’m all for taking cheats out of the game but falsely labelling people are not handing them the prizes they worked their butt off is not on. Sort this out TinyCo.

Count me as well Tigger. Totaled 8400+ medals without a clam spent. Played all the time due to the holidays. Haven’t gotten any response as to why I haven’t received any prizes, but am guessing I am being lumped into the “cheater” category as well. Curiously, I totaled 7984 medals in a second game and got paid the rewards for silver. They had better show me some proof that I cheated before they just put me in that basket. They can see what I did so they should be able to see a gradual progression to my total. They established the medal rewards; they should know what is possible in their own game. Honestly, I don’t really care what other people do in their games so they can cheat all they want and let TinyCo sort it out. I only worry about my game since that is the only game I can control. Still waiting for any kind of a response. Hopefully it arrives on Monday or I will message them again.

The exact same thing happened to me! They said I’m using a pirated version of the game which is not true. The game I’m using was downloaded from the App Store. I’m a freemium player that worked hard to get over 9000 medals but got no prizes. It seems that this is Tiny Co’s way of punishing those who don’t spend real money on their game. WTD!

Same. I had just under 9900 medals. They have not replied to call me a cheater yet but no prizes were given. I’ve now seen at least 3 other comments noting freemium play with over 9K medals. Wasn’t that hard to do at all.

Same here, had 9346 medals but was told it was impossible without spending clams, was in a conversation with someone with the in game message, around 6pm est Friday and went back and forth about 4 time before the conversation just disappeared. Last reply said my game was red flagged and they couldn’t change it. Re-meassaged again but who knows. This is just ridiculous, it was definitely possible to get that many, especially towards the end.

I was surprised to get greased guy before colecting everything for him. As for death’s mom l wasn’t sure l had enough time to unlock the last two items, so l bought them. I got the clams for the complete set of characters, so it was ok.
