Also looks like there’s diff materials coming so maybe at one point you can focus your weights and or helmets towards gronk. I’m still going to leave him until I see that can happen or last because touchdown Jesus looks pretty tough to get currently. Just because of the amount of books and weights needed only in game 3

I see on another post that Rob is supposed to drop weights….I don’t show a task that drops that, can you tell me which action is supposed to drop them?

Where did it say that? So far only Chris and the Football Field, then Richard once he is unlocked. Are you confusing a drop with a person that actually NEEDS the material to be unlocked?

I saw that as well. It showed Rob was supposed to drop weights when you click on weights to see how to get them, but now it doesn’t show anymore. I think it should also say “Progress down field” to get weights, but it only shows Chris as an action. Disappointing, because I rushed to get Rob to help with weights to win games.

Interesting. I have never seen it say Rob dropped them. Richard, yes… Chris… yes… but never Rob. Mainly just Chris and the Football Field.

I recall that as well.
Before you placed Gronk, it showed that he drops weights.
Glad i closed out game 2 before getting him, i was planning to use him to help get weights for game 3 since i still need more playbooks. I have him now….wasted those weights.

I can guarantee with 100% accuracy (as I screenshot everything as well as verify it in 3 separate games and with TinyCo) there was no time in any of them his Character ever showed drops. No time at all. It may be due to he was right by Chris and Tom that they’re being mistaken for Gronk. But nope, from day one til today… not a single material noted. Sorry. 🙂

Why do the requirements for the items for Gronk be so long and so few people to get them? I would think that with all the characters laying around not participating in the game, they would be able to do SOMETHING except sit in my holding stall.

He is not a big requirement or help right now, so no need to rush in getting him. 🙂

Gronk’s items aren’t that hard to get. If you unlocked him immediately and focused on unlocking him you while waiting for the TD bug to be fixed you should be finished with everything except for the the Weights, which can only gotten through TDs and Chris, who also can’t be unlocked without TDs.

Have you leveled him up? I am disappointed he appears to have no drops at the moment, hoping his higher levels have some, or they start dropping at game 4+. Since I used all my weights up on him, I doubt I will finish game 3 by Thursday’s update

Of course. Regardless… he was never listed as a “Material Earning” Character… and he isn’t. Not yet anyway. I assume he’ll be more help next phase.
