The Cheerleaders have the crowd going, the vendors are desperately trying to sell “Butt Scratchers”, Meg is still attempting to flash the opposing team to get them to drop the ball, and Stewie is curiously wondering why they are kicking around something that looks to be his possible brother. The FINAL part to our Football Event just went live in our games.
THE FOOTBALL CHALLENGE WILL END THURSDAY FEBRUARY 11th @3PM PACIFIC
First up, the Basics…
- Chris will start Phase 3 with continuation of Game On! Questline
- You will need to have completed Game On! Part 15 in order to start seeing the Phase 3 content. Players will ONLY see this on the Mobile App Version, not Windows Stand Alone
- Players will need to be to at LEAST District 3 in their games and have Al’s unlocked.
- You will have until the End of the Event to unlock items, anything not unlocked BEFORE the Event Ends goes with the Event.

The last and final item is now unlocked in the Training Facility, the Laser Eye Surgery Machine. This will be used to take out Referees wandering your game. All 6 Queue spots are now unlocked, so you are able to make up to YOUR capacity of items using the 6 Queue spots.

Anybody know how to get rid of silly nanny Peter from the task list now the event has ended , it just comes up with a message saying he is locked until you complete additional objectives. Or is it just a case of waiting until it is fixed.

Bought out the last 2 games, it ended up being a 1sec build time. Would have waited a bit and saved few clams but didn’t want to chance losing TD Jesus because he was unlocking in Al’s

I finally got Silly Nanny Peter, sent him on his first dance and no shoulder pads were awarded. I messaged TC in game. It’s supposed to be an “Always” drop. Anyone else have this problem?

what good is the laser eye surgery on the referees? it doesn’t help on any task. does it increase the chance for a touchdown? how about the sneakers? i can find no use for them either.

I’m at game 7 and i have 0 shoulder pads. I really want Jesus and i have 276 clams and enogh football balls. It asks to skip the game 7 (17 pads) for 125 clams. I wonder if i will be able to skip the second too with the remain amout. Thank you.

I’m having weird issue. I’ve won game 6, but can’t get the cheerleader costume for Bonnie. It’s still locked in Al Harrington’s and says I need Bonnie to get it. I have tried putting Bonnie in inventory and this did not unlock it? Help please.

It’s going around. Al’s has a bug. TinyCo is working to fix it…hopefully today. Until then there’s no other “quick fix” it’s a “sit tight” issue…

I had this. For me, after checking off Bonnie in the game board, I had to turn off the game, closing it completely (swipe away) then restart. That fixed it. When I came back, Bonnie had a yellow exclamation point over her and the cheerleader character was unlocked.

Quick question. I am considering buying Clams for football Jesus. I am on game 7, with 3 footballs and no shoulder pads (don’t think I will be able to silly nanny peter). If I use clams to bypass game 7 do the 3 footballs carry over to game 8 or not? If they dont I will not spend the clams to get past game 7. Thanks for anyone’s input on this!

I cost me about 250 Clams to buy out both games and my Footballs did seem to carry over. At least I think they did.

I wasn’t overly worried about the footballs, but they did carry over. I was more interested that the shoulder pads carried over, and they did as well. SO Now I’m only 2 short for getting TD Jesus. Peter will be done in 1 hour, then I will send him off for another one and that will complete Game 8.
For what it’s worth:
Premium game: Unlocked everyone (Jesus only cost me 49 clams, sped up a few 1st downs to get the 3 drops and bypassed game 7 when I needed just 1 more shoulder pad).
Freemium 1: Didn’t get Peter, might get TD Jesus (enough FB’s and clams)
Freemium 2: Won’t be able to get Bonnie, Peter and TD Jesus (no footballs).
So as you can see, it was not that easy of an event.

All that’s shown for me since I started this stage is mouthguards and weights even though I don’t need either anymore.

Does it show as a possible reward for your first downs, my game just shows weights and mouthguards which I no longer need and stopped getting after I got what was needed. Does not show shoulder pads not have I received any in the roughly a dozen first downs after starting game 7

hi guys, I just got to game 7. there’s no way to unlock silly ninny peter in time but i have more than enough footballs for both games. I calculated it should be roughly ~250 clams to finish both games (to buy shoulder pads only). do you think that is worth it for TD jesus? i already have the regular one. Thanks so much in advance!
p.s. i am a (usually) freemium player but have a stockpile of clams from promotions so i would not need to shell out extra cash to buy the skin

Honestly, it depends on how often you play to make constantly sending him on his 24hr task for a chance at 4 Clams worth it. It will take a while to recoup that 250 from just him, but can be done over time. 3 months from now, will it really be worth it to you? (Remember if you do NOT have him as a Character, it is a combo of him and the Costume you are getting. If you already do, it is just the Costume.)

What the hell an I doing wrong? I have been grinding, and have not yet finished game 3. I seem to always be waaaaay behind everyone else but I play religiously. The Xmas event I barely got past unlocking Snake. Do you have to buy your way through these events?

Nothing. It’s just what happens sometimes. It’s a matter of luck if you can advance quickly. if you’re unlucky in this event it just causes you to be way behind.

What Name and Part # of Game On are you currently at? They start spawning in Phase 3, which means you need to be around Part 15 or more.

Just rushed the last down and some gear so I could get Bonnie (and then rushed the 2 hour create time, not insulting at all) so that tomorrow I should be able to start Chris’ 12 hour task and maybe start week three – the day before the event ends.

I’ve just completed game 6 and unlocked Bonnies outfit but I cannot create it as it says I need to unlock Bonnie? How do I unglitch this as I obviously have her as she’s wandering about and I can access her other outfits via the costume shop? I have put her in and out of storage and out her on a 1 hour mission but still no luck and I’m stuck on the quest line as I need That outfit to progress

i just unlocked Touchdown Jesus. When I went into Als to unlock him, it says that I have to unlock Jesus first. I have had Jesus forever and he is currently not on task either. I messaged TinyCo but thought maybe there was something out there.

I just looked at my iPhone’s App Store updates and see that there is a Family Guy QFS update to takedown the football event. Um, it’s Tursday Feb 9, TinyCo, not Thursday? I have auto updates off, and I’m not going to ‘find out ‘ by updating. WTD?!

Might be preperation for it. iOS takes FOREVER to release TinyCo updates to the store. So often times they’ll release an update before it’s scheduled to “launch” in hopes it gets there before the launch. To shut the event off is a simple thing on the server side, an in-game update, and an app store removal isn’t required. But they release it to remove a lot of the extra graphics etc that aren’t needed. So if you download the update it shouldn’t remove the game…just allow them to “flip the switch” when their ready to.
At least that’s my take on it…

Are energy drinks needed beyond the game 6 requirement? Since they’ve started dropping two at a time with progression down the field as well as two at a time from both Sherman and Brian, I actually have enough for game 6. Are they going to be needed for anything else?
Are weights needed for anything in game 6 or beyond? I still have two footballs to collect, so haven’t seen the rest of the line by line requirements. I still see helmets needed and likewise wrenches to take out crazed fans.

I believe they can be needed to progress down the field like helmets & face paints were but so far I’m stuck moving as my football tasks are all abou taking out referees, taking out annoying fans. I’ve only moved 10 yards since Satyrday as crystals weren’t dropping. ive been putting Brian on the task in the hope they are being counted if I do need them but to be honest I’m going nowhere fast so might never know.

You need energy drinks for first down requirements. I don’t think you need weights, but not 100% sure on that.

So, my drop rate has been quite good lately, no complaints there.
However, to unlock Silly Nanny Peter (SNP), I need mouth guards. Which you get by “Progress Down the Football Field.” Each 10 years has been ridiculously long since week 3 started, and the latest is no exception “Take out 4 Annoying Super Fans; Take out 3 Rival Football Players; Take out 2 Blind Referees.” Or, I need 4 Football Launchers (2 hours); 3*2 Hit Squads (6 hours); 2*2 Laser Eye Surgery (8 hours); total of 16 hours to make the equipment (assuming I have all the components).
Even if I get this one (always drop on the Mouth Guard thankfully), I still need 2 mouth guards, 4 yellow flags and 4 jock straps.
** A miracle occurs **
I get SNP by 3PST tomorrow (Wednesday). That leaves me 24 hours to get 38 shoulder pads, which means I have to send SNP to Shipoopi 38 times!
If that takes 8 hours each time, like it does for Peter, this is 304 hours, or almost 13 days! Even if it’s a 4 hour task (or you get 2 shoulder pads per drop), this is still almost 6 1/2 days – and they gave you a week. So unless you got SNP within the first 12 hours (i.e., paid 730+ clams for him), it’s actually impossible.
So, when I say Tiny C.O. has a problem with timing in their events, and I believe they have ALWAYS had to release a last minute (and typically “too little, too late”) fix – this is what I mean.
Bad Tiny C.O.! Bad! No treats for you!

Is Touchdown Jesus worth trying for? What I mean is that Regular Jesus has a Rare task for clams, so I’m guessing that it will still be a Rare 24 hour task for TD Jesus to get multiple clams. Also, I’m almost positive that Regular Jesus gives me multiple clams on occasion , but again, that is also Rare.

Do you know if TD Jesus drops 4 clams, instead of 2? It looks like it will cost me 200+ clams to unlock him. To recoup those clams would then take 100+ drops. As a rare drop, that could take a year, or more. The question then becomes, will I still be playing this game in a year…

I just see people get confused when they only see one Clam icon pop out, but do not notice the +2 rising up as it pays out. So the visual of what you see and what you actually earn can be misleading to some Players making them think they did not get what they earned. Make sense? 😉

Yawn. Given clams are worth 3 cents each, you’d think they’d at least make it an always. 2 clams a day for 365 days is just over 700 clams. Less if you are a bit tardy and have to wait a night a few times.
What’s the going rate for 600 clams now, $20usd?
Heck, with the movies in my free game I can score 3-8 per day. Sadly my premium game isn’t so generous. Well. Now it’s my other free game with more stuff. NO ORE CLAMS.

Sorry, but what do you mean by “buying out”? I’m on game 7 and the scoreboard is showing me I need 560 clams to get all the remaining items to win/complete the game. Have I misunderstood what you mean, or is there a hidden trick to winning I’ve missed?

I finally cleared Game on Part 15 so I could unlock phase 3. I see what everyone has been complaining about. I think I would need at least 10 days to get Peter costume and TDJ is just off the table. I have enough clams to buy game 7 and 8 but just don’t feel like giving them to TC after the way this event went down. I will wait and see if he shows up again down the road in a best of 2016 mystery box. 😃

I have been at a stand still since Friday morning trying to get two touchdowns in Game On! Part 14. I kid you not I am on my second TD, and I have already had to take out 14 football players and I just got a quest on the 20 yard line to take out three more. Averaging 2-3 jerseys every four hours, well you can do the math. Now honestly, I didn’t expect to get touchdown Jesus and I was ok with that because I played freemium this time, but I should have been able to get Peter’s skin. I def shouldn’t still be stuck on 14! This was by far the least I have completed on any event and I have been playing since the beginning. I was even able to recover from the tuba debacle….LOL, but not this time. Hopefully, no extension…ready for this one to end….Good Job Broncos!

Peter skin also has a hidden requirement for the mouth guards. I’m on part 16 and have the skin building except mouth guards are showing that the ability to “progress down the field” is a hidden objective not yet unlocked.

If you just unlocked the ability to build Silly Nanny Peter (ie: just finished Game On! pt 15), it’s not going to show as a possible drop until after your next First Down. Possibly after your next Touchdown. Not sure which, as when the same thing happened to me last phase, I was on the 10 yard line. As I ironically am this time. The drop items have to reset before you can get the new ones.
Agreed on SNP (and thus TDJ) being basically impossible for Freemium.

My worst progress for an event ever. Can’t imagine where I would be if the drops for energy drinks hadn’t been revised.
After finally unlocking Bonnie, I got smacked in the face with needing to complete Parts 14 and 15 of the quest line before I can finally see the final week content. For anyone who is already in it, is it a reasonable progression? I see some comments about glitches (that apparently weren’t resolved as of a post by Bunny at 2 am Sunday morning) and some mathematically impossible requirements. I will launch the new content tomorrow morning (once Chris does his 12 hour task). Should I even bother or take the rest of the week off and wait for the Valentine’s event that is sure to hit Thursday? Thanks!
