Pusher Mort is a new character costume available as part of the Quahog Heat event, he is a prize in the Quahog Cartel Mystery Box which costs 150 
clams per try. You’ll find the full profile HERE.
At the time of writing this Pusher Mort has no drops that help in the event, but he is a valuable character for attacking Tiny Tom, so you may choose to delay his Questline until the end of the event.
