Go Go Griffin Rangers!
With this new Mighty Morphin’ Griffin Rangers event, we also get some new Character’s Costumes. Like Blue Ranger Joe!
Let’s take a look at what Blue Ranger Joe can do in our silly lil games.
Blue Ranger Joe is a New Character Costume added during Week 3 of Mighty Morphin’ Griffin Rangers 2017. As with many costumes in the game in order to get him you have to collect lots of stuff! You will be directed to unlock him via The Boys in Blue questline, at Ranger Danger Pt. 1. Tapping on Go will take you to Al’s where he can be made.
Requires
2 Blue Spray Paint (Common): Defeat Water Kaiju
32 Triceratops Power Coins (Common): Clear Putty Cosplayers
11 Power Lance Toy (Rare): Bruce Be A Good Listener OR Pudgy Pig Out Food Truck
6 Anti-Foam Gun Toy (Rare): Triceratops DinoZord Cockpit
Once you have finished collecting all the Materials his Costume requires, it will just take you just 1s to finish up and “CREATE!” the Costume in Al’s. When the timer is up, just tap on the Check Mark above Al’s to pull Blue Ranger Joe into your game.
He does come with a Questline, The Boys in Blue, more on that in another post.
Blue Ranger Joe does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn $$$ & XP! He can also combine with the Triceratops Zord to give it more energy!

**Note: Within an Event, tasks may change and vary as the Phases come and go. So some of these tasks will be temporary. Others may be one time use. Some will stick around even after the Event. We won’t know until the Event Ends.

I never can finish an event, so I just get as far as I can. My question, I don’t know if this has already been answered, is when does the Water Kaiju show up? I have to use that to get the spray cans for Blue Ranger Joe and only the Earth and Flame Kaiju have shown up for me so far.

I found the rates for Power Lances to be a more than rare drop. Bruce has been at it right from the off and I’ve had the building collecting too for about 5 days.
I’m hanging on in this current phase but Phase 4 is about to drop and then I can see myself dropping away and being unable to catch up 😦

It seems like there’s something in each event that brings progress to a grinding halt…this time for me it’s the spray cans. Three attacks so far with zero results. It’s the only thing I need to unlock Joe and best case it’ll be another day and a half considering the 16 hours needed to gather the crystals for an attack. 5 days in total!
I hope others have better success…for me, I’m caring less about the game with each event.
